| Judul Artikel | Tingkat Infeksi dan Identifikasi Penyebab Helminthiasis pada Ayam Broiler di Kecamatan Baturaden dan Kalibagor Kabpupaten Banyumas |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tingkat infeksi dan identifikasi penyebab helminthiasis gastrointestinal pada ayam broiler di Kecamatan Baturaden dan Kalibagor Kabupaten Banyumas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat infeksi helminthiasis dan mengidentifikasi jenis cacing penyebab helminthiasis gastrointestinal, serta mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan ketinggian tempat terhadap kejadian helminthiasis gastrointestinal pada ayam broiler di Kecamatan Baturaden dan Kalibagor, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 10 Agustus 2021 sampai 4 November 2021 di peternakan ayam broiler Kecamatan Baturaden dan Kalibagor Kabupaten Banyumas. Sasaran penelitian yaitu ayam broiler di Kecamatan Baturaden dan Kalibagor Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Perhitungan untuk jumlah penetapan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan 100 sampel untuk masing-masing kecamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel feses ayam broiler yang diambil ± 5 gram. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah tingkat infeksi dan identifikasi penyebab helminthiasis serta pengaruh perbedaan ketinggian tempat terhadap jumlah kejadian helminthiasis. Data hasil pemeriksaan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk tingkat infeksi dan jenis cacing helminthiasis yang didapatkan. Perbedaan ketinggian tempat terhadap hasil jumlah pemeriksaan sampel dianalisis menggunakan analisis chi-square. Hasil pemeriksaan sampel di Kecamatan Baturaden menunjukkan sebanyak 25 sampel positif terinfeksi cacing dan 75 sampel negatif, Kecamatan Kalibagor menunjukkan sebanyak 13 sampel positif terinfeksi cacing dan 87 sampel negatif. Tingkat Infeksi helminthiasis pada ayam broiler di Kecamatan Baturaden sebesar 16,93% dan Kecamatan Kalibagor 8,69%. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan hasil P > 0,05 yang berarti tidak ada hubungan antara perbedaan ketinggian tempat dengan jumlah kejadian helminthiasis pada ayam broiler di Kecamatan Baturaden dan Kalibagor Kabupaten Banyumas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Infection rate and identification of causing helminthiasis gastrointestinal in broiler in Baturaden and Kalibagor Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this study were to determine the rate of helminthiasis infection, identify the type of helminth parasits and know the influence of altitude place on the number of occurrences of helminthiasis in broiler in Baturaden and Kalibagor Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted from August 10 to November 4, 2021 at Baturaden and Kalibagor broiler farms in Banyumas Regency. The research targets were broiler chicken in Baturaden and Kalibagor Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. The research method used the survey method with purposive sampling technique. The worm eggs samples is utilizing the Slovin method with the result is 100 samples. This research is using ± 5 gram for the worm eggs samples. A feces samples was conducted qualitatively with flotation method and quantitatively using the McMaster method. The variable examined were the rate of infection and the identification of helminthiasis causes and also the difference in altitude in the region to the number of helminthiasis incidents. Data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods for the level of infection and helminthiasis worms obtained. The altitude difference in the place with the number of helminthiasis was analysed using chi-square analysis. Samples at Baturaden Subdistrict indicate as many as 25 positive samples are infected with worms and 75 of the samples are negative, Kalibagor Subdistrict show 13 positive samples are infected with worms and 87 of the samples are negative. Chi-square test showed that P > 0.05 which means there was no significant relation between the difference altitude in the place and the number of helminthiasis incidents of broiler chicken feces in Baturaden and Kalibagor Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. In conclusion, the rate of helminthiasis infection of broiler chicken in the Baturaden Subdistrict with the result of 16,93% and Kalibagor Subdistrict with the result of 8,69%. |
