| Judul Artikel | RESPON ONSET DAN LAMA ESTRUS PADA KAMBING SAPERA YANG DISINKRONISASI DENGAN HORMON PROSTAGLANDIN PADA BERBAGAI PARITAS YANG BERBEDA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan paritas terhadap onset dan lama estrus ternak kambing Sapera yang disinkronisasi menggunakan hormon prostaglandin. Materi penelitian menggunakan kambing Sapera betina yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan paritas yaitu ternak dara (P0), paritas pertama (P1), dan paritas lebih dari atau sama dengan dua (P2). Ternak disinkronisasi estrus dengan diinjeksi ganda dengan selang waktu 11 hari menggunakan hormon PGF2α (Lutalyse) dengan dosis 2ml/ekor. Data diolah menggunakan analisis variansi unequal dengan jumlah ternak pada variabel onset estrus sebanyak 16 ekor, sedangkan pada variabel lama estrus sebanyak 14 ekor kambing Sapera. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya perbedaan tidak nyata (P>0,05) dari onset dan lama estrus ternak yang disinkronisasi menggunakan hormon PGF2α terhadap perbedaan paritas kambing Sapera. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, onset estrus kambing Sapera berturut-turut pada P0 yaitu 40.42±8,44; P1 yaitu 37,45±14,54 dan P2 yaitu 25,55±8,26. Lama estrus P0 yaitu 31,21±5,77; P1 yaitu 42,64±9,80 dan P2 yaitu 44,99±5,30. Disimpulkan bahwa onset dan lama estrus kambing Sapera tidak bergantung pada perbedaan paritas baik ternak dara maupun ternak yang sudah pernah melahirkan. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Abstract The study aims to determine the effect of parity differences on the onset and length of the Sapera goat's estrus synchronized using the hormone prostaglandin. The study materials used female Sapera goats grouped by parity were dara cattle (P0), first parity (P1), and parity more than or equal to two (P2). Cattle are synchronized with estrus by being double-injected for 11 days using the hormone PGF2α (Lutalyse) at a dose of 2ml/tail. The data were processed using unequal variance analysis with the number of cattle onset estrus variables of 16 and the estrus duration variable on 14 Sapera goats. Statistical analysis showed an unrealistic difference (P<0.05) from the onset and length of cattle estrus synchronized using the PGF2α hormone to the Sapera goat parity difference. Based on the research results, the consecutive Sapera goat onset of P0 was 40.42–8.44; P1 was 37.45–14.54 and P2 was 25.55–8.26. The length of the P0 estrus is 31.21–5.77; P1 is 42.64–9.80 and P2 is 44.99–5.30. . It was concluded that the onset and estrus duration of the Sapera goat did not depend on the parity of both the cattle and goats that have given birth.
