| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang berjudul “PERAN KEPOLISIAN DALAM MELAKUKAN IDENTIFIKASI PENEMUAN MAYAT DALAM PROSES PENYELIDIKAN(Studi di Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) Kalibagor Kabupaten Banyumas)”ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara jelas mengenai peran kepolisian dalam melakukan identifikasi penemuan mayat dalam proses penyelidikan dan bagaimana realita pelaksanaan dalam melakukan identifikasi penemuan mayat dalam proses penyelidikan di polsek Kalibagor dan juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang timbul dalam melakukan identifikasi penemuan mayat dalam proses penyelidikan polsek Kalibagor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif, Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu menggunakan keterangan atau data yang telah terkumpul memadukan antara penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian di lapangan.Hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa peran kepolisian dalam melakukan identifikasi penemuan mayat dalam proses penyelidikan di polsek Kalibagor meliputi Peristiwa diduga tindak pidana, kepolisian menerimaadanya laporan dan aduan atau tertangkap tangan, proses penyelidikan, olah TKP, pelaksanaan pengumpulan barang bukti dan alat bukti, realita pelaksanaan dalam melakukan identifikasi penemuan mayat di polsek Kalibagorsudah sesuai dengan aturan yuridis yang berlaku pada kepolisian. Sementara dalam hal pelaksanaan peran kepolisian dalam melakukan identifikasi penemuan mayat dalam proses penyelidikan di polsek Kalibagor masih mengalami hambatan-hambatan yaitu meliputi faktor hukum, faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor masyarakat dan faktor budaya. |

Inggris) | Research entitled “THE ROLE OF THE POLICE IN IDENTIFYING THE DISCOVERY OF CORPSES IN THE INVESTIGATION PROCESS (A Case Study at Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) Kalibagor DistrictBanyumas)”. This study aims to clearly identify the role of the police in identifying the discovery of corpses in the investigation process, and to determine the obstacles that arise in identifying the discovery of corpses in the investigation process at the Kalibagor police station. This study is a descriptive. This study's data analysis uses qualitative methods, namely that use using information or data collected through a combining of library and field research.The results of this study can be concluded that the role of the police in identifying the discovery of corpses in the investigation process at the Kalibagor police includes incidents of suspected criminal acts, the police receiving reports and complaints or being caught red-handed, the investigation process, crime scene processing, the implementation of collecting evidence and evidence, the reality of the implementation in identifying the discovery of corpses at the Kalibagor police station is in accordance with the juridical rules that apply to the police. Meanwhile, in terms of implementing the role of the police in identifying the discovery of corpses in the investigation process at the Kalibagor police station, there are still obstacles that include legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, community factors and cultural factors. |
