| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang selanjutnya disebut Fakultas Teknik Unsoed merupakah salah satu fakultas yang terdapat di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Fakultas Teknik Unsoed saat ini belum menerapkan sistem penjaminan mutu ISO 21001:2018 dan menggunakan standar SN Dikti tahun 2020. Penerapan manajemen risiko berbasis ISO 21001:2018 di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dinilai dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional dari suatu organisasi. Semakin meningkatnya sumber risiko dari segala aspek, serta kompleksitas risiko yang terjadi, sehingga melatarbelakangi untuk menerapkan identifikasi risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan ISO 31000 :2018 sebagai metode untuk melakukan manajemen risiko. Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan diketahui bahwa SN Dikti 2020 masih belum memenuhi seluruh klausul ISO 21001:2018. Setelah melakukan identifikasi risiko, terdapat 17 risiko yang teridentifikasi di Fakultas Teknik Unsoed. Respon Fakultas Teknik Unsoed terkait risiko teridentifikasi yaitu 4 risiko dihindari, 6 risiko dikurangi dan 7 risiko diterima. Mitigasi risiko pada Fakultas Teknik Unsoed dilakukan untuk risiko dengan respon risiko dihindari dan dikurangi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Sudirman University, hereinafter referred to as the Unsoed Engineering Faculty, is one of the faculties at Jenderal Sudirman University. Currently, the Unsoed Faculty of Engineering has not implemented the ISO 21001:2018 quality assurance system and uses the 2020 SN Dikti standard. The implementation of ISO 21001:2018-based risk management at the General Sudirman University Faculty of Engineering is considered to be able to improve the operational performance of an organization. The increasing sources of risk from all aspects, as well as the complexity of the risks that occur, are the background for implementing risk identification. This study uses ISO 31000:2018 as a method for risk management. From the research that has been done, it is known that the SN Dikti 2020 still does not fulfill all the clauses of ISO 21001:2018. After identifying risks, there were 17 identified risks at the Unsoed Engineering Faculty. The Unsoed Engineering Faculty's response to the identified risks are 4 avoided risks, 6 reduced risks ,and 7 accepted risks. Risk mitigation at the Unsoed Engineering Faculty is carried out for risks with risk responses being avoided and reduced. |
