| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | INDAH SETYANINGSIH. Judul Penelitian: Pengaruh Induksi Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Terhadap Perubahan Diferensiasi Sel Darah Putih pada Domba Batur. Penelitian mulai dilaksanakan pada 22 April-23 Mei 2022. Tujuan dilakakukan peneitian adalah untuk mengkaji diferensiasi sel darah putih kelompok granulosit (neutrofil, eosinofil, dan basofil) dan kelompok agranulosit (limfosit dan monosit) yang diinduksi Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone pada domba Batur. Materi Penelitian yang digunakan antara lain domba Batur tidak bunting sebanyak 20 ekor milik kelompok tani daerah Batur yang minimal memiliki paritas 2 kali dengan bobot badan relatif sama. Alat yang digunakan yaitu spuit, tabung reaksi, gelas objek, dan mikroskop cahaya. Bahan yang digunakan sampel darah domba Batur, prostaglandin (PGF2α) 2 ml/ekor, Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone 1 ml/ekor, sediaan apus darah, metil alkohol, dan pewarna Giemsa. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan metode eksperimen yang dirancang ke dalam 2 (dua) kelompok variabel pengamatan, yaitu P1 merupakan domba yang di induksi menggunakan prostaglandin (PGF2α) 2 ml per ekor secara intramuscular sebagai kontrol dan P2 merupakan Domba yang di induksi menggunakan prostaglandin (PGF2α) 2 ml per ekor dan gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) 1 ml per ekor secara intramuscular. Variabel penelitian yang diukur dan diamati adalah diferensiasi sel darah putih yang meliputi leukosit granulosit terdiri atas neutrofil, eosinofil dan basofil dan leukosit agranulosit terdiri atas limfosit dan monosit. Variabel penelitian yang diukur dan diamati adalah diferensiasi sel darah putih yang meliputi leukosit granulosit terdiri atas neutrofil, eosinofil dan basofil dan leukosit agranulosit terdiri atas limfosit dan monosit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa induksi GnRH berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0.05) terhadap perubahan leukosit granulosit (neutrofil, eosinofil, basofil) maupun leukosit agranulosit (limfosit, monosit). Disimpulkan bahwa leukosit granulosit (neutrofil, eosinofil, basofil) maupun leukosit agranulosit (limfosit, monosit) menunjukkan hasil yang relatif sama antara domba kontrol dengan domba yang di induksi menggunakan Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | INDAH SETYANINGSIH. Research title: Effect of Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Induction on Changes in Differentiation Of White Blood Cells in Batur Sheep. Research began to be carried out on 22 April-23 May 2022. The purpose of this study was to examine the differentiation of white blood cells in the granulocyte group (neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils) and agranulocyte groups (lymphocytes and monocytes) induced by gonadotropin releasing hormone in Batur sheep. The research material used included 20 non-pregnant Batur sheep belonging to a farmer group in the Batur area which had at least 2 times parity with relatively the same body weight. The tools used were syringes, test tubes, object glasses, and light microscopes. The materials used were Batur sheep blood samples, prostaglandin (PGF2α) 2 ml/head, gonadotropin releasing hormone 1 ml/head, blood smear preparation, methyl alcohol, and Giemsa dye. The study was conducted based on an experimental method that was designed into 2 (two) groups of observational variables, namely P1= is a sheep that was induced using prostaglandin (PGF2α) 2 ml per head intramuscularly as a control and P2= is a sheep that was induced using prostaglandin (PGF2α) 2 ml per animal and gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) 1 ml per animal intramuscularly. The research variables that were measured and observed were white blood cell differentiation which included granulocyte leukocytes consisting of neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils and agranulocyte leukocytes consisting of lymphocytes and monocytes. Concluded that granulocyte group (neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils) and agranulocyte groups (lymphocytes and monocytes) showed relatively similar results between control sheep and GnRH induced sheep. |
