| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada awal tahun 2020 seluruh dunia digucang dengan adanya pandemic coronavirus disease-19 (covid-19) yang membuat ratusan ribu bahkan jutaan manusia terinfeksi dan meninggal dunia. Dengan adanya, pandemic covid-19 yang ada di Indonesia sejak pertama kali kemunculnya, pemerintah Indonesia melakukan segala upaya untuk memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 salah satunya adalah physical distancing. Physical distancing adlah upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran covid- 19 di masyarakat dengan menjaga jarak lebih dari 1,5 meter – 2 meter dengan siapapun dan tetap menggunakan masker apabila berpergian keluar rumah. Pemerintah Indonesia sendiri telah memberikan beberapa himbauan dan kebijakannya masih banyak beberapa masyarakarat Indonesia yang tidak mentaati himbauan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Beberapa sektor seperti pariwisata, transportasi, pendidikan, kesehatan, hingga ekonomi membuat menurunnya minat masyarakat terhadap sektor tersebut. Salah satu bentuk komoditas yang ikut terdampak dengan adanya pandemic covid- 19, salah satunya diperkiran yaitu bisnis rumah sewa. Dengan adanya fenomena pandemic covid-19, membuat bisnis rumah sewa yang ada menjadi menurun. Dikarenakan banyaknya mahasiswa yang dari luar daerah atau kota Purwokerto pulang ke daerah asal masing-masing. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemic covid-19 terhadap penawaran rumah sewa di Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kota Purwokerto. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan statistic deskriptif dengan metode Cluster Random Sampling. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan dengan melakukan survey dan wawancara secara langsung dengan responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemic covid-19 mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap penawaran rumah sewa di Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kota Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | In early 2020 the whole word was shaken by the coronavirus disease-19 (covid-19) pandemic that left hundreds of thousands of people infected and dying. With the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia since its inception, the Indonesian government made every effort to break the chain of covid-19 spread, one of which is physical distancing. Physical distancing is an effort made to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the community by keeping a distance of more than 1.5 meters – 2 meters with anyone and still using a mask when travelling out of the house. The government of Indonesia itself has given several appeals and policies to the public in overcoming the covid- 19 pandemic. But the fact is that there are still many Indonesians who do not obey the advice made by the government. Several sectors such as tourism, transportation, education, health, and the economy make the public’s interest in the sector decrease. One form of commodity that is affected by the covid-19 pandemic, one of which is estimated to the boarding houses business. With the covid-19 pandemic phenomenon, the existing boarding houses business is declining. Because of the number of students who come from outside the area or city of Purwokerto go to home regions. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of the covid- 19 pandemic on the supply for boarding houses in Karangwangkal Village, North Purwokerto, Purwokerto. The analysis technique used is to use descriptive statistics with cluster random sampling method. This type of research used descriptive quantitative research method by conducting surveys and interviews directly with respondents. The results of this study showed that the covid-19 pandemic has a significant influence on the supply for boarding houses in Karangwangkal Village, Purwokerto. |
