| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh jamur patogen gulma terhadap pakcoy dan pemanfaatannya sebagai bioherbisida pada pertanaman pakcoy. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Tambaksogra, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas dengan ketinggian 100 mdpl, dengan rancangan acak kelompok perlakuan jamur patogen gulma (Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., Fusarium sp x Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. x Chaetomium sp., Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp., dan Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp.) diulang 4 kali. Variabel yang diamati meliputi gejala, masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, kejadian penyakit, laju infeksi, AUDPC, jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, bobot segar tanaman, dan bobot kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., dan Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. memiliki intensitas penyakit sebesar 0 %, sedangkan Fusarium sp., Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. x Chaetomium sp., dan Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. menimbulkan intensitas penyakit sebesar 2,7, 2,7, 3,55, dan 4,4 % pada pakcoy. Jamur patogen gulma tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan bobot segar tanaman, namun Chaetomium sp., dengan Fusarium sp., Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. x Chaetomium sp., dan Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. berpengaruh terhadap bobot kering tanaman sebesar 113,35, 82,36, 77, dan 74,07 % dari kontrol. Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., dan Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. dapat digunakan sebagai bioherbisida pada pertanaman pakcoy. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to determine the effect of weed pathogenic fungi on Pak Choy and as a bioherbicide in Pak Choy plantations. The study was carried out in Tambaksogra Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency at an altitude of 100 m above sea level. Randomized block design was used with treatments of weed pathogenic fungi (Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., Fusarium sp. Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. x Chaetomium sp. ., Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp., and Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp.) repeated four times. The observed variables included symptoms, incubation period, disease intensity, disease incidence, infection rate, AUDPC, number of leaves, plant height, and plant fresh and dry weight. Results showed that Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., and Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. had a disease intensity of 0%, while Fusarium sp., Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. x Chaetomium sp., and Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. caused disease intensity of 2.7, 2.7, 3.55, and 4.4%, respectively, in Pak Choy. Only Chaetomium sp. with Fusarium sp., Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp. x Chaetomium sp., and Fusarium sp. x Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. affected plant dry weight by 113.35, 82.36, 77, and 74.07 %, respectively, from control. Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., and Curvularia sp. x Chaetomium sp. could be used as a bioherbicide in Pak Choy cultivation.
