Bunga telang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan karena mengandung metabolit sekunder yaitu flavonoid, antosianin dan tanin yang berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi sediaan granul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan waktu pengeringan serta interaksinya terhadap sifat fisik granul effervescent, serta mengetahui suhu dan waktu pengeringan yang optimal dalam proses pengeringan. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan metode desain faktorial 2 faktor dan 2 level sehingga penelitian dilakukan sebanyak delapan percobaan dengan level rendah dan level tinggi pada suhu dan waktu pengeringan yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan evaluasi sifat fisik granul yang meliputi uji kandungan lembab, uji kecepatan alir dan uji waktu larut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu pengeringan berpengaruh menurunkan kandungan lembab, meningkatkan kecepatan alir dan waktu larut. Waktu pengeringan berpengaruh menurunkan kandungan lembab dan waktu larut serta peningkatan kecepatan alir. Interaksi faktor suhu dan waktu pengeringan memberikan pengaruh berupa penurunan kandungan lembab dan waktu larut, dan meningkatkan kecepatan alir. Pengeringan granul effervescent yang optimal berdasarkan desain expert yaitu suhu 60°C dan waktu pengeringan 24 jam dengan nilai prediksi kandungan lembab 2,740 %, kecepatan alir 10,150 g/detik, waktu larut 1,465 menit dan hasil uji one sample t-test SPSS menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara nilai prediksi dan observasi.

Inggris)Blue pea flower has antioxidant activity because it contains secondary metabolites, namely flavonoids, anthocyanins and tannins that have the potential to be developed into effervescent granule preparations. This study aims to determine the effect of temperature and drying time and their interactions on the physical properties of effervescent granules, as well as to determine the optimal drying temperature and time in the drying process. The research was conducted using a factorial design method of 2 factors and 2 levels so that the research was carried out as many as eight experiments with low levels and high levels at different temperatures and drying times. The research was conducted to evaluate the physical properties of the granules which included moisture content test, flow rate test and dissolving time test. The results showed that the drying temperature had an effect on reducing the moisture content, increasing the flow rate and dissolving time. The drying time has an effect on reducing the moisture content and dissolving time and increasing the flow rate. The interaction of the temperature factor and drying time has an effect in the form of decreasing the moisture content and dissolving time, and increasing the flow rate. The optimal drying of effervescent granules based on expert design is a temperature of 60°C and a drying time of 24 hours with a predicted value of 2.740% moisture content, a flow rate of 10.150 g/second, a dissolving time of 1.465 minutes and the results of the one sample t-test SPSS test indicate that there is no significant difference between predicted and observed values.
