| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sinkronisasi pengaturan perlindungan hukum dan bentuk perlindungan hukum perempuan dalam pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodeyuridis normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach), pendekatan analitis (analytical approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah inventarisasi hukum, sinkronisasi hukum dan penemuan hukumin concreto. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan dan dokumenter. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengaturan perlindungan hukum perempuan dalam pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi telah menunjukkan taraf sinkronisasi vertikal. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 21 Tahun 2021 tentang Pelayanan Kesehatan Masa Sebelum Hamil, Masa Hamil, Persalinan, dan Masa Sesudah Melahirkan, Pelayanan Kontrasepsi, serta Pelayanan Kesehatan Seksual telah didasarkan pada Peraturan Pemerintah No. 61 Tahun 2014 tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Undang-Undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan. Akan tetapi, pelayanan kesehatan sistem reproduksi belum diatur dalam peraturan menteri kesehatan.Bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi perempuan dalam pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi pada peraturan perundang-undangan Indonesia meliputi: jaminan pengaturan pelayanan kesehatan masa sebelum hamil, masa hamil, persalinan, masa sesudah melahirkan; jaminan pengaturan pelayanan kesehatan pengaturan kehamilan, pelayanan kontrasepsi, pelayanan kesehatan seksual; jaminan pengaturan pelayanan kesehatan sistem reproduksi; jaminan pengaturan memperoleh perlindungan dan pencegahan dari aborsi yang tidak bermutu, tidak aman, tidak bertanggungjawab serta bertentangan dengan norma agama dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the synchronization of legal protection arrangements and forms of legal protection for women in reproductive health services. The research method used is a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, an analytical approach, and a conceptual approach. The research specifications used are legal inventory, legal synchronization and concrete law findings. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from literature and documentary studies. The analytical method used is the method of analysis and comparative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the regulation of women's legal protection in reproductive health services has shown a level of vertical synchronization. This is evidenced by the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 21 of 2021 concerning Health Services During Pre-Pregnancy, Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Postpartum, Contraceptive Services, and Sexual Health Services. 61 of 2014 concerning Reproductive Health and Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning Health. However, reproductive system health services have not been regulated in the Permenkes. Forms of legal protection for women in reproductive health services in Indonesian legislation include: guarantees for the regulation of health services during the pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, maternity, and post-partum period; guarantees for the regulation of health services for the regulation of pregnancy, contraceptive services, and sexual health services; guarantee for the regulation of reproductive system health services; regulatory guarantees to obtain abortion protection and prevention of low quality, unsafe, irresponsible and contrary to religious norms and statutory provisions.
