| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan Indigofera Sp. dalam bentuk segar, tepung, dan hay terhadap kecernaan protein kasar dan serat kasar in vitro. Materi yang digunakan yaitu bahan berupa Indigofera sp. dalam bentuk segar, kering, dan tepung, konsentrat komersial, H2SO4, cairan rumen kambing, NaOH, H2O panas, aseton, NaOH, HCL, indikator PP, dan alat berupa Erlenmeyer, blender, oven, timbangan, cawan porselin, corong, kertas saring, desikator, labu kjeidahl, dan destilator. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian percobaan in vitro menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali data dianalisi dengan ANAVA dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Bentuk perlakuan yang diberikan adalah P0 tanpa ada penambahan indigofera, P1 penambahan indigofera segar sebanyak 40%, P2 penambahan indigofera kering sebanyak 40%, dan P3 penambahan indigofera tepung sebanyak 40%. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh kecernaan protein kasar rata-rata masing-masing P0 sebesar 49,27±1,85%, P1 sebesar 56,67±3,06%, P2 sebesar 52,87±1,28%, dan P3 sebesar 60,18±2,66% sedangkan kecernaan serat kasar masing masing rata-rata P0 sebesar 78,46±2,82%, P1 sebesar 75,31±1,27%, P2 sebesar 77,48±3,86%, dan P3 sebesar 75,21±3,46%. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan pemberian Indigofera sp. dengan bentuk yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P>0,01) terhadap kecernaan protein kasar dan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kecernaan serat kasar. Hasil uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan 40% Indigofera sp. bentuk segar berbeda nyata dengan penggunaan 40% Indigofera sp. bentuk tepung, penggunaan Indigofera sp. 40% bentuk segar berbeda tidak nyata jika dibandingkan dengan pemberian Indigofera sp. bentuk hay, dan penggunaan 40% Indigofera sp. hay berbeda nyata dengan pemberian 40% Indigofera sp. bentuk tepung. Perlakuan kontrol dibandingkan dengan penambahan Indigofera sp. dalam bentuk tepung sebesar 40% terdapat peningkatan kecernaan protein kasar sebesar 10,91% dan dapat menurunkan kecernaan serat kasar sebesar 3,25%. Kesimpulan penggunaan Indigofera sp. sebesar 40% dalam bentuk tepung mampu meningkatkan kecernaan protein kasar sampai 10,91% bila dibandingkan dengan kontrol dan dapat menurunkan kecernaan serat kasar sampai 3,25% bila dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Indigofera sp. dalam bentuk tepung mempunyai nilai kecernaan yang baik jika dibandingkan dengan bentuk segar dan kering. |

Inggris) | The research activity has the aim of studying the effect of the addition of Indigofera sp. form of fresh, hay, and flour for best digestibility of crude protein and crude fiber in vitro. The material used, are Indigofera sp. in fresh, hay, and flour form, commercial concentrate, H2SO4, goat’s rumen fluid, hot H2O, acetone, NaOH, HCl, PP indicator, and tools such as Erlenmeyer, blender, oven, scales, porcelain dish, funnel, filter paper, desiccator, kjeidahl, flask, and destilator. The method used for in vitro experimental research using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments repeated 5 times, data analyzed by ANOVA and further tests using Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) test. The forms of treatment given were P0 without adding indigofera, P1 adding fresh indigofera as much as 40%, P2 adding dry indigofera as much as 40%, and P3 adding flour indigofera as much as 40%. Based on the research, the average crude protein digestibility of each P0 was 49.27±1.85%, P1 was 56.67±3.06%, P2 was 52.87±1.28%, and P3 was 60, 18±2.66%, while the digestibility of crude fiber was respectively 78.46±2.82%, P1 was 75.31±1.27%, P2 was 77.48±3.86%, and P3 of 75.21±3.46%.The results of the analysis of variance showed that the administration of Indigofera sp. with different forms gave a very significant effect (P>0.01) on the digestibility of crude protein and had no significant effect (P<0.05) on the digestibility of crude fiber. The results of the further test of Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) showed that the use of 40% Indigofera sp. fresh form was significantly different with the use of 40% Indigofera sp. flour form, the use of Indigofera sp. 40% fresh form was not significantly different when compared with the administration of Indigofera sp. form of hay, and the use of 40% Indigofera sp. hay was significantly different with the administration of 40% Indigofera sp. lour form. The control treatment was compared with the addition of Indigofera sp. in the form of flour by 40% there is an increase in digestibility of crude protein by 10.91% and can reduce digestibility of crude fiber by 3.25%. Conclusion of using Indigofera sp. by 40% in the form of flour can increase the digestibility of crude protein up to 10.91% when compared to the control and can reduce the digestibility of crude fiber up to 3.25% when compared to the control. Based on the results of the study showed that the use of Indigofera sp. in the form of flour has a good digestibility value when compared to fresh and dry forms. |
