| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dan keakuratan dalam pengukuran listrik, Smart Meter menjadi solusi oleh PLN dan ITDRI Telkom dalam mengakomodir kebutuhan tersebut. Dalam penerapannya, tentu dibutuhkan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang matang sehingga hasil yang diberikan sesuai dengan harapan dan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, untuk itu peran project management menjadi sangat penting untuk memastikan pengembangan proyek Smart Meter memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan biaya dan waktu proyek menggunakan metode Earned Value Management (EVM). Dari hasil analisa awal diketahui nilai Cost Performance Index (CPI) sampai dengan 31 Januari 2022 sebesar 0,84 yaitu tergolong boros namun ketika proyek selesai pada tanggal 31 Maret 2022 nilai CPI menjadi 1,09 yaitu tergolong hemat.Walaupun waktu penyelesaian proyek mundur PoC smart meter PLN dapat melakukan penghematan. Penghematan ini dicapai dengan adanya pengalihan SDM ke proyek Telkom lainnya, anggaran proyek PoC Smart Meter PLN dapat dilakukan penghematan sebesar 8.62%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | To increase the ease and accuracy of electricity measurement, Smart Meter is a solution by PLN and ITDRI Telkom in accommodating these needs. In its implementation, of course, careful planning and implementation is needed so that the results provided are in accordance with expectations and function properly, for that the role of project management is very important to ensure that the development of the Smart Meter project provides maximum results. One way to control project costs and time is using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. From the results of the initial analysis, it is known that the Cost Performance Index (CPI) until January 31, 2022 is 0.84, which is classified as wasteful, but when the project is completed on March 31, 2022, the CPI value becomes 1.09, which is considered economical. Even though the project completion time is backwards, PoC Smart Meter PLN can make savings. This savings was achieved by transferring human resources to other Telkom projects, the PLN Smart Meter PoC project budget could save 8.62%. |
