| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Proses pembelajaran yang terjadi di berbagai lembaga pendidikan sesungguhnya merupakan sebuah proses komunikasi, di mana pengajar berusaha menyampaikan pesan berupa bahan ajar sebagai pesan kepada peserta didik. Komunikasi yang terjadi dalam konteks pembelajaran disebut dengan komunikasi instruksional. Proses komunikasi instruksional sendiri dapat terjadi pada lembaga nonformal maupun formal. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi instruksional yang terjadi di SD Negeri 2 Lengkong pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan perhatian pada spesifikasi isi dan tujuan, penafsiran perilaku mula, strategi instruksional, organisasi satuan-satuan instruksional, umpan balik, serta hambatan komunikasinya. dan juga model pembelajaran yang dilakukan ketika pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu menggunakan model pembelajaran daring dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi WhatsApp, sedangkan model pembelajaran luring menggunakan metode pengumpulan tugas ke sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpilan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses komunikasi instrkusional di SD Negeri 2 Lengkong pada situasi pandemi Covid-19 belum berlangsung dengan efektif.

Inggris) | The learning process that occurs in various educational institutions is actually a communication process, in which teachers try to convey messages in the form of teaching materials as messages to students. Communication that occurs in the context of learning is called instructional communication. The instructional communication process itself can occur in non-formal or formal institutions. This study aims to determine the instructional communication process that occurred at Elementary School 2 Lengkong during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted by paying attention to the specification of content and objectives, interpretation of initial behavior, instructional strategies, organization of instructional units, feedback, and communication barriers. and also the learning model that was carried out during learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely using an online learning model carried out with the help of the WhatsApp, while the offline learning model used the method of collecting assignments to school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the process of instructional communication at Elementary School 2 Lengkong in the Covid-19 pandemic situation had not taken place effectively. |
