| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Unsoed masih tergolong rendah hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil observasi kepada 30 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Unsoed angkatan 2018 yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 10 mahasiswa yang mengatakan siap mengajar dan sisanya sebanyak 20 mahasiswa mengatakan tidak siap mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, mata kuliah pengajaran mikro, dan minat menjadi guru terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Unsoed. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengujian data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Unsoed, (2) mata kuliah pengajaran mikro berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Unsoed, (3) minat menjadi guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Unsoed. |

Inggris) | Teaching readiness of Unsoed Economic Education students is still relatively low this is evidenced by the observation of 30 Unsoed Economic Education students in 2018 which showed that only 10 students said they were ready to teach and the remaining 20 students said they were not ready to teach. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, micro-teaching courses, and interest in becoming a teacher on the readiness to teach Unsoed Economic Education students. The approach used in this study is quantitative and descriptive methods. Testing data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) self-efficacy does not affect the readiness to teach students of Economic Education Unsoed, (2) micro teaching courses have a positive effect on the readiness to teach students of Economic Education Unsoed, (3) interest in becoming a teacher does not affect the readiness to teach students of Economic Education Unsoed. |
