| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Sampai saat ini belum ada obat yang terbukti efektif untuk terapi SARS-CoV-2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan kombinasi levofloksasin dan azitromisin terhadap kondisi klinis pasien COVID-19. Penelitian observasional ini dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan pengambilan data berdasarkan catatan rekam medis pasien COVID-19 di RSU Santa Elisabeth Purwokerto periode Maret 2020–Juni 2021. Uji Wilcoxon dan Uji Tanda (Sign Test) digunakan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan kombinasi levofloksasin dan azitromisin terhadap kondisi klinis pasien COVID-19 sebelum dan setelah terapi. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 85 pasien. Pola penggunaan levofloksasin yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu 1x750 mg iv dan azitromisin 1x500 mg po dengan lama penggunaan lebih dari 7 hari. Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan kombinasi levofloksasin dan azitromisin terhadap kondisi klinis pasien dengan tingkat keparahan ringan pada parameter suhu, RR, batuk dan sesak (p<0,05). Selain itu juga terdapat pengaruh penggunaan kombinasi levofloksasin dan azitromisin terhadap kondisi klinis pasien dengan tingkat keparahan derajat sedang–berat pada semua parameter yaitu suhu, RR, SpO2, batuk, dan sesak (p<0,05). |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), which is caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Until now, there is no proven effective drug for SARS-CoV-2 therapy. This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of use of the combination drug levofloxacin and azithromicyin on clinical condition of COVID-19 patiens. This observational study was carried out retrospectively with data collection based on medical records of COVID-19 patiens at Santa Elisabeth Public Hospital of Purwokerto for the period March 2020–June 2021. Wilcoxon and Sign Test was used to analyze whether there is an effect of the use of the combination levofloxacin and azithromicyin on the clinical condition of COVID-19 patiens before and after therapy. The number of samples that met inclusion criteria was 85 patiens. The pattern of using levofloxacin that most founded was 1x750 mg intravenously and azithromicyin 1x500 mg by oral route with the longest duration of use was more than 7 days. Statistical analysis using Wilcoxon and Sign Test showed that there was an effect of the use of a combination of levofloxacin and azithromicyin with clinical condition in patiens with mild in temperature, RR, cough, and dispnea and in patiens with moderate–severe COVID-19 in all parameters like temperature, RR, SpO2, cough, and dispnea (p<0,05). |
