Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang: Lompat jauh terdapat empat fase yaitu, awalan, tumpuan, melayang dan mendarat. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kecepatan maksimal dalam lari awalan mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam mengontrol tiga langkah terakhir mendekati tumpuan sehingga mengakibatkan sudut tolakan saat lepas landas menjadi kurang optimal, lalu pelatih dalam mengalisa kinerja gerak atletnya belum menggunakan alat bantu perekam dan penganalisa gerak yang baik.
Metodologi: penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kinerja gerak tumpuan dan korelasinya. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 15 atlet menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan test lompat jauh, test lari 30 meter, tinggi badan, berat badan, panjang tungkai, kamera, kinovea. Analisis data menggunakan software Kinovea.
Hasil Penelitian: hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa velocity at take-off, angle of take-off, height of the centre of mass terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Sampel dengan catatan prestasi terbaik menggunakan velocity at take-off 7,29 m/s, sedangkan sampel dengan velocity at take-off tertinggi 8,94 m/s memiliki catatan prestasi yang tidak lebih baik dari sampel yang menggunakan velocity at take-off 7,29 m/s. Sampel dengan angle of take-off terbesar (22,7°) memiliki catatan prestasi tidak lebih baik dari sampel yang menggunakan angle of take-off 21,8°. Height of the centre of mass memiliki nilai yang absolut karana sampel dengan catatan prestasi terjauh (6,22 meter) memiliki height of the centre of mass tertinggi (114 cm).
Kesimpulan: Pada penelitian ini velocity at take-off horizontal, angle of take-off, height of the centre of mass berhubungan secara signifikan. Sampel dengan rata-rata panjang tungkai 99,7 cm dan kecepatan awalan rata-rata 8,09 m/s, velocity at take-off horizontal rata-rata 7,41 m/s dan height of the centre of mass rata-rata 105 cm disarankan untuk menggunakan angle of take-off 20-21,8°.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Background: The long jump has four phases, Approach, take-off, flight, and the landing. The problem in this study is the maximum speed in the initial run which results in difficulty in controlling the last three steps approaching the pedestal and causes the angle of repulsion during takeoff to be less than optimal, then the coach in analyzing the movement performance of his athletes has not used a good motion recorder and analyzer.
Methodology: This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research to determine the performance of the pedestal and its correlation. Sampling of 15 athletes using purposive sampling. The research instrument used a long jump test, a 30 meter run test, height, weight, leg length, camera, kinovea. Data analysis using Kinovea software.
Research Result: The results of this study indicate that the velocity at take-off, angle of take-off, height of the center of mass have a significant relationship. The sample with the best record of achievement uses a velocity at take-off of 7.29 m/s, while the sample with the highest velocity at take-off of 8.94 m/s has a record of achievement that is not better than the sample using a velocity at take-off of 7 ,29 m/s. The sample with the largest angle of take-off (22.7°) has a record of no better performance than the sample using an angle of take-off of 21.8°. The height of the center of mass has an absolute value because the sample with the farthest record of achievement (6.22 meters) has the highest height of the center of mass (114 cm).
Conclusion: In this study, the horizontal velocity at take-off, angle of take-off, height of the center of mass were significantly related. Samples with an average leg length of 99.7 cm and an average initial velocity of 8.09 m/s, an average horizontal take-off velocity of 7.41 m/s and an average height of the center of mass 105 cm it is recommended to use an angle of take-off of 20-21.8°.
