| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Penemuan kasus Tuberkulosis Paru merupakan salah satu aspek yang dievaluasi pada Program Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis Paru. Penemuan kasus Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Poncowarno belum mencapai target yaitu ditemukan sebanyak 13 kasus (31%) dari target 32 kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang merupakan model evaluasi yang memandang program yang dievaluasi sebagai sebuah sistem. Metodologi : Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di Puskesmas Poncowarno dengan jumlah informan 6 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian : Penemuan kasus Tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Poncowarno belum dilakukan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan stigma negatif masyarakat, pelayanan kesehatan yang berfokus pada penanganan Covid-19, letak geografis puskesmas, kurangnya dukungan pemerintah desa, beban kerja rangkap, penemuan kasus yang belum optimal, masyarakat yang enggan memberikan sampel dahak dan penyebaran informasi yang masih kurang. Kesimpulan : Penemuan kasus TB Paru di Puskesmas Poncowarno belum sepenuhnya mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah desa terkait sehingga jumlah penemuan semua kasus belum sesuai target yang diharapkan. Keberhasilan program perlu dilakukan dengan dukungan lintas sektor yang melibatkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Lung Tuberculosis case finding is one of the aspects evaluated in the Pulmonary Tuberculosis Management Program. The discovery of pulmonary tuberculosis cases at the Poncowarno Health Center has not reached the target, which was found as many as 13 cases (31%) of the target 32 cases. This study uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method which is an evaluation model that views the program being evaluated as a system. Research Methodology: Qualitative research with case study design at Poncowarno Health Center with 6 informants. Data analysis used thematic analysis. Findings: The discovery of pulmonary tuberculosis cases at the Poncowarno Health Center has not been carried out optimally. This is due to the negative stigma of the community, health services that focus on handling Covid-19, the geographical location of the puskesmas, lack of village government support, double workload, case finding that is not optimal, people who are reluctant to provide sputum samples and information dissemination is still lacking. Conclusions: The discovery of pulmonary TB cases at the Poncowarno Health Center has not fully received support from the relevant village government so that the number of cases found has not been as expected. The success of the program needs to be carried out with cross-sectoral support involving all levels of society. |
