| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Halal Center merupakan lembaga yang membantu memfasilitasi proses sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM dan didirikan untuk mendukung percepatan implementasi Jaminan Produk Halal. Strategi pendampingan UMKM sertifikasi halal sangat penting dalam mendorong peningkatan halal produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor, aktor, tujuan, dan alternatif strategi yang tepat dalam pendampingan UMKM dalam sertifikasi halal dengan menggunakan metode Analytitcal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan teknik wawancara laddering untuk mengetahui strategi yang penting dalam pengembangan Halal Center. Prinsip pokok AHP adalah decomposition (penjabaran), comparative judgment (tingkat perbandingan), synthesis of priority (sintesa prioritas), logical consistency (konsistensi logis). Aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu software Expert Choice dan Microsoft Excel. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjummlah 70 orang, terdiri 62 responden dari pelaku UMKM, 8 responden dari expert yang berperan dalam penerapan Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan cara pengambilan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi pendampingan sertifikasi halal UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas berturut-turut adalah modal (0,21), edukasi dan sosialisasi halal (0,17), perlindungan konsumen (0,13). Aktor yang paling berperan dalam pendampingan sertifikasi halal UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas berturut-turut adalah dinas (0,22), BPJPH (0,21), dan UMKM (0,17). Tujuan yang paling ingin dicapai dari pendampingan sertifikasi halal UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas berturut-turut adalah meningkatkan jumlah UMKM tersertifikasi halal (0,61) dan memperkuat fungsi Halal Center (0,37). Alternatif strategi yang paling penting dilakukan dalam pendampingan sertifikasi halal UMKM adalah bantuan pendanaan proses sertifikasi halal. Strategi ini dapat digunakan sebagai kebijakan Halal Center di Indonesia dalam kemajuan halal produk. |

Inggris) | Halal Center is an institution that helps facilitate the halal certification process for MSMEs with halal certification is very important in encouraging the increase in halal products. This study aims to determine the appropriate factors, actors, objective, and alternative strategies in assisting MSMEs in halal certification using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with laddering interview techniques to find out the strategies that are important in the development of the Halal Center. The main principles of AHP are decomposition, comparative judgment, synthesis of priority, logical consistency. The applications used are Expert Choice software and Microsoft Excel. The respondents in this study amounted to 70 people, consisting of 62 respondents from MSME actors, 8 respondents from experts who played a role in the implementation of the halal Product Guarantee Act. Collecting data using non-probability sampling technique by taking purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the factors that most influence the assistance of MSME halal certification in Banyumas regency are capital (0,21), halal education and socialization (0,17), consumer protection (0,13). The actors who have the most role in assisting MSME halal certification in Banyumas regency are the Goverment (0,22), BPJPH (0,21), MSME (0,17). The most desired goal of assisting MSME halal certification in Banyumas regency is to successively increase the number of MSMEs certified as halal (0,61) and strengthen the function of the Halal Center (0,37). The most important alternative strategy in assisting MSME halal certification is funding for the halal ceertification process. This strategy can be used as a Halal Center policy in the advancement of halal products and the halal industry in Indonesia. |
