Indonesia) | ABSTRAK FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN GEJALA MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN DARING Yustika Meliana, Atyanti Isworo, Agis Taufik Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 mengubah pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran daring. Mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring mengalami keluhan pada beberapa anggota tubuh seperti nyeri, mati rasa, kesemutan, ataupun kekakuan. Hal tersebut mengarah kepada gejala musculoskeletal disorders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan gejala musculoskeletal disorders pada mahasiswa. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling kepada 400 mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Physical Activity Level untuk aktivitas fisik, kuesioner Nordic Body Map untuk musculoskeletal disorders, dan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari penelitian terdahulu untuk umur, jenis kelamin, posisi dan lama penggunaan laptop, serta stres akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berusia ≤19 tahun dan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa hanya stres akademik (p=0,002 p<0,05) yang memilki hubungan signifikan dengan gejala musculoskeletal disorders. Sedangkan faktor umur (p=0,231), jenis kelamin (p=0,600), posisi penggunaan laptop (p=0,674), lama penggunaan laptop (p=0,2l0), dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,626) tidak memilki hubungan signifikan dengan gejala musculoskeletal disorders (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Hanya faktor stres akademik yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan gejala musculoskeletal disorders. Kata kunci: Covid-19, musculoskeletal disorders, pembelajaran daring. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT FACTORS RELATED TO SYMPTOMS OF MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS IN JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS DURING ONLINE LEARNING Yustika Meliana, Atyanti Isworo, Agis Taufik Background: The Covid-19 pandemic is turning face-to-face learning into online learning. Students during online learning experience complaints in several limbs such as pain, numbness, tingling, or stiffness. This leads to symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to find out the factors associated with the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders in college students. Method: This research uses a cross sectional design. Sampling using cluster random sampling techniques to 400 students of Jenderal Soedirman University. The study used a Physical Activity Level questionnaire for physical activity, a Nordic Body Map questionnaire for musculoskeletal disorders, and questionnaires adapted from previous studies for age, gender, position and length of laptop use, as well as academic stress. The study used chi square test analysis. Results: The results showed that most of the respondents were ≤19 years old and the majority were female. Further analysis showed that only academic stress (p=0.002 p<0.05) had a significant association with symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. While the age factor (p = 0.231), gender (p = 0.600), position of laptop use (p = 0.674), length of use of the laptop (p = 0.210), and physical activity (p = 0.626) did not have a significant association with symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders (p>0.05). Conclusion: Only academic stress factors have a significant association with symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders.
