| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sari markisa ungu dikenal karena manfaatnya dan berpotensi sebagai tanaman obat. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui efek pemberian sari markisa ungu (Passsiflora edulis var edulis) berbagai dosis terhadap kadar MCV, MCH, dan MCHC dalam uji toksisitas subkronik pada tikus (Rattus norvegicus) galur Wistar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian true experimental with control group design post-test only. 50 ekor tikus jantan dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok dengan kelompok I merupakan kelompok kontrol, kelompok II, III, IV, dan V kelompok perlakuan dosis sari markisa ungu 4,2 ml /200g/hari, 8,4 ml/200g/hari, 12,6 ml/200g/hari, dan 16,8 ml/200g/hari selama 28 hari. Pengukuran kadar MCV, MCH, dan MCHC menggunakan hematoanalyzer. Rerata kadar MCV kelompok I=54,11 ± 1,87 fL, II=54,32 ± 2,62 fL, III=54,21 ± 1,67 fL, IV=53,67 ± 1,57 fL dan V=53,43 ± 1,52 fL. Rerata kadar MCH kelompok I=17,43 ± 0,79 pg, II=17,93 ± 0,99 pg, III=17,79 ± 0,63 pg, IV=17,04 ± 0,59 pg dan V=16,90 ± 0,83 pg. Rerata kadar MCHC kelompok I=32,20 ± 0,94 %, II=33,00 ± 0,48 %, III=32,66 ± 0,38 %, IV=31,80 ± 0,52 % dan V=31,62 ± 0,69 %. Hasil uji One Way ANOVA MCV menunjukkan hasil p>0,05. Hasil uji Kruskal Wallis MCH dan MCHC menunjukkan hasil p<0,05. Uji Mann Whitney MCH menunjukkan hasil p<0,05 pada kelompok II&IV, III&IV, dan III&V. Uji Mann Whitney MCHC menunjukkan hasil p<0,05 pada kelompok I&II, II&IV, II&V, III&IV, dan III&V. Pemberian sari markisa ungu berbagai dosis tidak memiliki efek terhadap kadar MCV namun memiliki efek terhadap kadar MCH dan MCHC tikus wistar dalam studi toksisitas subkronik. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Purple passion fruit juice has known for its benefits and potential being herbs. This study aimed to know the effect of giving purple passion fruit juice (Passiflora edulis var edulis) various doses on MCV, MCH, and MCHC levels in subchronic toxicity test in white rats (Rattus norvegicus) Wistar strain. This research was true experimental study with control group design post-test only. 50 male rats were randomly assigned to 5 groups. Group I was control healthy group, group II, III, IV and V was the treatment group that gets dose successively 4.2 ml /200g/day, 8.4 ml/200g/day, 12.6 ml/200g/day, and 16.8 ml/200g/day purple passion fruit juice in 28 days. The measurement of MCV, MCH, and MCHC used hematoanalyzer. The mean MCV levels of group I=54.11 ± 1.87 fL, II=54.32 ± 2.62 fL, III=54.21 ± 1.67 fL, IV=53.67 ± 1.57 fL and V=53.43 ± 1.52 fL. The mean MCH levels of group I=17.43 ± 0.79 pg, II=17.93 ± 0.99 pg, III=17.79 ± 0.63 pg, IV=17.04 ± 0.59 pg and V=16.90 ± 0.83 pg. The mean MCHC levels of group I=32.20 ± 0.94 %, II=33.00 ± 0.48 %, III=32.66 ± 0.38 %, IV=31.80 ± 0.52 % and V=31.62 ± 0.69 %.One Way ANOVA test MCV result showed p>0.05. Kruskal Wallis test MCH and MCHC result showed p<0.05. Mann Whitney test MCH result showed p<0.05 in group II&IV, III&IV, and III&V. Mann Whitney test MCHC result showed p<0.05 in group I&II, II&IV, II&V, III&IV, and III&V. The administration of purple passion fruit juice at various doses had no effect on MCV level, but had effect on MCH and MCHC levels of white rats Wistar in subchronic toxicity. |
