| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pangan khas merupakan salah satu identitas dari suatu kelompok masyarakat daerah. Pangan khas pada masing-masing daerah di Indonesia sangatlah bervariatif, sehingga dengan variasi tersebut dapat menjadikan suatu keunikan pada produk pangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan bobot kriteria pada produk pangan khas. Pembobotan kriteria dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada pakar dan menggunakan metode perbandingan berpasangan. Analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak Expert Choice V 11. Hasil dari penentuan bobot kriteria dari paling tinggi adalah kekhasan produk dengan bobot sebesar 0,670; inovasi produk dengan bobot sebesar 0,234; dan kebutuhan pelatihan penerapan teknologi dengan bobot sebesar 0,097. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The typical food product is one of the identities of a regional community group. Typical food in each region in Indonesia is very varied so these variations can make a unique food product. The purpose of this study is to determine the weight of criteria on typical food products. The weighted criteria that are used in this research are interviews with the experts and a comparison of the pair criteria method. Analyzing the data using Expert Choice V 11 software. The result of determining the weight of the criteria from the highest is the peculiarity of the product with a weight of 0.670; product innovation with a weight of 0.234; and the need for training in the application of technology with a weight of 0.097. |
