Indonesia) | ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN DENGAN HARGA DIRI PADA PENYINTAS COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TEGAL SELATAN Khoirunnisa Agustin1, Wahyu Ekowati2, Akhyarul Anam3 Latar Belakang: Tindakan pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 yang ditetapkan menyebabkan terjadinya berbagai masalah di masyarakat. Stigma mengenai Covid-19 yang ada di masyarakat dapat meningkatkan masalah kesehatan mental seperti ketakutan dan kecemasan. Kecemasan yang terjadi pada penyintas Covid-19 serta pengalaman psikologis negatif dapat menyebabkan terganggunya harga diri seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan harga diri pada penyintas Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 57 orang dengan kriteria inklusi penyintas Covid-19 enam bulan terakhir yang bersedia menjadi responden dan berusia 26-45 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) dan Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES). Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Sommers’ d. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan sedang (59,6%) dan harga diri rendah (57,9%). Berdasarkan analisis data, didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar p = 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai koefisien korelasinya sebesar r = -0,398. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kecemasan maka semakin rendah harga diri penyintas Covid-19. The stigma about Covid-19 that exists in society can increase mental health problems such as fear and anxiety. Anxiety that occurs in Covid-19 survivors as well as negative psychological experiences can cause a person's self-esteem to be disturbed. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and self-esteem in Covid-19 survivors. Method: This research used a cross sectional approach with a proportionate stratified random sampling teqhnique. The sample size is 57 people with inclusion criteria, are Covid-19 survivors in the last six months who are willing to become respondents and are aged 26-45 years. The instruments used are State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES). Analysis of the data in this study using the Sommers’ d correlation test. Results: Most of the respondents had moderate levels of anxiety (59.6%) and low self-esteem (57.9%). Based on data analysis, obtained a significance value of p = 0.001 <0.05 and the correlation coefficient value of r = -0.398. Conclusion: The higher the level of anxiety, the lower the self-esteem of Covid-19 survivors.
