| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran online dalam pembelajaran menulis di kelas VIII serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran online. Implementasinya mengikuti tahapan e-tivities dari teori Gilly Salmon; Akses dan Motivasi, Sosialisasi Online, Pertukaran Informasi, Konstruksi Pengetahuan, dan Pengembangan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif yang dideskripsikan dalam data kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Inggris kelas VIII SMP 4 Purwokerto tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Jumlah populasi adalah 2 orang guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul, kedua guru tersebut tetap melaksanakan seluruh tahapan pembelajaran dari pembukaan hingga penutupan, meskipun telah dilakukan secara virtual dengan mengirimkan pesan melalui group chat. Mereka memiliki prosedur yang sama dalam proses pengajaran. Mereka menggunakan alat yang sama; Grup Whatsapp sebagai alat utama untuk komunikasi dan berbagi tautan, menggunakan tautan yang sama (di Microsoft Sway) untuk materi utama yang dibahas. Untuk performa, kedua guru tersebut memiliki nilai yang tidak jauh berbeda. Guru pertama (R1-MI) mendapat 87,5% dan guru kedua (R2-ENZ) mendapat 85,7%. Nilai mereka mewakili "Baik" dalam kinerja. Dari e-tivities berdasarkan teori Gilly Salmon, R1 (MI) melakukan semua tahapan dari Access dan Motivation to Development secara lengkap, sedangkan R2 (ENZ) melakukan semua tahapan namun tidak lengkap terutama pada bagian Arriving pada poin Access dan Motivation. Kemudian untuk faktor penghambat yang dihadapi guru adalah koneksi yang tidak stabil, perangkat yang tidak mendukung, gangguan platform online lainnya yang digunakan oleh siswa –game, dan terbatasnya kuota yang dimiliki siswa. Untuk faktor pendukungnya adalah subsidi kuota dan tambahan sumber serta media menarik yang disampaikan oleh para guru. |

Inggris) | This research aims to know the implementation online learning in teaching writing in the eighth grade as well as the supporting and impeding factors happened during the implementation of online learning. The implementation follows the e-tivities stages from Gilly Salmon theory; Access and Motivation, Online Socialization, Information Exchange, Knowledge Construction, and Development. The method of this research is explorative research which described in qualitative data. The subject of this research is English teachers in the eighth grade of SMP 4 Purwokerto in the academic year of 2020/2021. The number of population is 2 teachers. This research uses total sampling. The data were collected from observation and interview. Based on the data collected, both two teachers kept carrying out all the learning stages from opening to closing, even though it has done virtually by sending the messages through group chat. They had the same procedure in way of teaching process. They use the same tools; Whatsapp Group as the main tool for communication and sharing the links, using the same link (in Microsoft Sway) for the main material discussed. For the performance, both two teachers had values that were not much different. The first teacher (R1-MI) got 87,5% and the second teacher (R2-ENZ) got 85,7%. Their value represented “Good” in performance. From the e-tivities based on Gilly Salmon’s theory, the R1 (MI) did all the stages from Access and Motivation to Development completely, while the R2 (ENZ) did all the stages incompletely especially on part of Arriving in Access and Motivation. Then for the impeding factors faced by the teachers are the unstable connection, unsupported device, other online platform distractions used by the students –game, and limited quota that the students had. For the supporting factors are the quota subsidy and additional source and interesting media delivered by the teachers. |
