| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Salah satu upaya peningkatan manfaat serta potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh suatu wilayah adalah dengan melakukan diversifikasi usaha pertanian yang menggabungkan sektor pertanian dan sektor pariwisata yang biasa disebut agrowisata. Waras Farm merupakan agrowisata di Kota Cilegon yang bergerak menjalankan usahanya di bidang wisata, kuliner, dan edukasi. Jumlah pengunjung yang belum memenuhi target serta masih adanya beberapa keluhan pengunjung membuat Agrowisata Waras Farm membutuhkan informasi mengenai kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan atribut kualitas pelayanan Agrowisata Waras Farm yang harus diperbaiki dan dikembangkan, serta menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Agrowisata Waras Farm. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus linear time function. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis uji instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, importance performance analysis (IPA), dan customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil analisis IPA dan diagram kartesius menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki yaitu akses transportasi, ketersediaan handsanitizer di lokasi-lokasi yang strategis, kewajiban memakai masker ketika berada di kawasan Agrowisata Waras Farm, dan pengecekan suhu tubuh pengunjung yang masuk oleh karyawan. Nilai CSI yang diperoleh sebesar 79,60% bermakna bahwa secara keseluruhan pengunjung merasa puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Agrowisata Waras Farm. |

Inggris) | One of the efforts to increase the benefits and potential of resources owned by a region is to diversify agricultural businesses that combine the agricultural sector and the tourism sector which is commonly called agrotourism. Waras Farm is an agrotourism in Cilegon City which is engaged in running its business in the fields of tourism, culinary, and education. The number of visitors who have not met the target and there are still some visitor complaints make Agrowisata Waras Farm need information about visitor satisfaction. This research aims to determine the service quality attributes of Agrowisata Waras Farm that must be improved and developed, as well as to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with service quality at Agrowisata Waras Farm. The research method used is a case study. The sampling method used non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. Total samples in this research were 80 respondents who were calculated using the linear time function formula. The data analysis method used is the analysis of the data instrument research using validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, importance performance analysis (IPA), and customer satisfaction index (CSI). The results of the IPA analysis and cartesian diagrams show that the attributes that are the main priority for improvement are transportation access, the availability of handsanitizer in strategic locations, the obligation to wear masks when in the Agrowisata Waras Farm area, and checking the body temperature of incoming visitors by employees. The CSI value obtained is 79.60%, which means that overall visitors are satisfied with the quality of service at Agrowisata Waras Farm. |
