| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas meninggalkan sistem open dumping dengan membuat hanggar TPST. TPST Kedung Randu di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas tersebut perlu diadakan evaluasi program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa evaluasi TPST di Kedung Randu sudah terlaksana cukup baik. Pada aspek konteks pengelolaan sampah menjadi TPST karena metode open dumping sudah tidak ramah lingkungan. Pada aspek input diketahui pelaksana program adalah DLH dan KSM masih membutuhkan pelatihan dan memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Pada aspek proses, pengolahan sampah di TPST Kedung randu sudah dimulai sejak 2018. Pelaksana program juga mendapatkan pembinaan melalui monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara bertahap. Fasilitas TPST yang dibangun oleh pemerintah. Proses pengolahan sampaj dibagi menjadi pemilahan, pencacahan dan pengolahan. Masyarakat diberikan kesempatan untuk mengelola sampahnya sendiri dan apabila tidak mampu maka dapat bekerja sama dengan KSM. Pada aspek produk, hasil program pengolahan sampah berbentuk produk yang ramah lingkungan seperti kompos, pupuk cair, pupuk padat, gas metan itu ada produk-produk lain RDF, pakan ternak, dan produk lain yang sifat inovasi. Namun program ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu belum adanya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengelola sampahnya sendiri, sumber daya manusia yang mengolah sampah masih membutuhkan pelatihan dan pembinaan dan mindset masyarakat masih beranggapan TPST adalah pembuangan akhir. Dampak dari program pengolahan sampah terpadu di TPST Kedungrandu adalah sampah di Kabupaten Banyumas tidak lagi menumpuk di TPST tapi sudah diolah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT The Banyumas Regency Government abandoned the open dumping system by building a TPST hangar. The Kedung Randu TPST in the Banyumas Regency area needs a program evaluation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informant selection technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study found that the evaluation of the TPST in Kedung Randu had been carried out quite well. In the context of waste management, it becomes TPST because the open dumping method is not environmentally friendly. In the input aspect, it is known that the program implementers are DLH and KSM still need training and provide socialization to the community. In the process aspect, waste processing at the Kedung Randu TPST has started since 2018. Program implementers also receive guidance through monitoring and evaluation which is carried out in stages. TPST facilities built by the government. Sampaj processing process is divided into sorting, chopping and processing. The community is given the opportunity to manage their own waste and if they can't afford it, they can work together with KSM. In the product aspect, the results of the waste processing program are in the form of environmentally friendly products such as compost, liquid fertilizer, solid fertilizer, methane gas. There are other products such as RDF, animal feed, and other innovative products. However, this program has weaknesses, namely there is no public awareness to manage their own waste, human resources who process waste still need training and guidance and the mindset of the community still thinks that TPST is a final disposal. The impact of the integrated waste management program at the Kedungrandu TPST is that the waste in Banyumas Regency no longer accumulates in the TPST but has been processed. |
