| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sepak takraw di Karesidenan Banyumas merupakan salah satu olahraga yang sangat digemari mulai dari kalangan masyarakat sampai pelajar. Sepak takraw terdapat dua jenis servis double event yaitu servis punggung kaki dan servis kaki bagian dalam. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memilih servis yang lebih efektif antara servis punggung kaki dan servis kaki bagian dalam. Dalam proses meningkatkan kemampuan servis untuk pencapaian prestasi tentunyaa harus dilaksanakan melalui pembinaan serta pengembangan secara terencana, berjenjang, dan berkelanjutan dengan dukungan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi keolahragaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif Sepak Takraw Double Event Karesidenan Banyumas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi:1) Atlet putra PSTI Karesidenan Banyumas, 2) instrument penelitian menggunakan Penilaian Acuan Normatif (PAN). Penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional design yaitu membandingkan hasil servis punggung kaki dan hasil servis kaki bagian dalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan; 1) Kategori servis punggung kaki sebagian besar adalah kurang, 2) Kategori servis kaki bagian dalam sebagian besar adalah cukup, 3) Dapat disimpulkan bahwa servis yang lebih efektif digunakan dalam permainan sepak takraw double event adalah servis kaki bagian dalam. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Sepak takraw at the Banyumas Residency is one of the most popular sports from the community to students. In Sepak takraw, there are two types of double event serve, namely the instep serve and the inner leg serve. The purpose of this study was to select a more effective service between the instep serve and the inner leg serve. In the process of improving service capabilities for achievement, of course, it must be carried out through coaching and development in a planned, tiered, and sustainable manner with the support of sports science and technology. This research is a quantitative descriptive study of the Sepak Takraw Double Match at the Residency of Banyumas. The subjects in this study include: 1) male athletes of PSTI Residency Banyumas, 2) The research instrument uses the Normative Reference Assessment (PAN). This study uses a cross-sectional design that is comparing the results of the instep service and the results of the inner leg service. based on the research results obtained; 1) The back category is mostly lacking, 2) The inside game category is mostly adequate, 3) Can guarantee that the serve that is more effectively used in the double takraw game is the inside serve. |
