Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Galur Ayam Lokal dan Suplementasi Feed Additive pada Bobot dan Persentase Karkas dan Non Karkas” bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara galur ayam lokal dan suplementasi feed additive pada bobot dan persentase karkas dan non karkas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juli 2021 – 13 Oktober 2021, bertempat di Kandang Dukuhwaluh dan Laboratorium Produksi Ternak Unggas, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah ayam Kampung (A1), ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (A2), dan ayam Kedu (A3) berumur 28 hari yang sudah dipelihara sebelumnya dari DOC masing-masing sebanyak 160 ekor sehingga total 480 ekor. Pakan yang digunakan adalah pakan basal tanpa penambahan feed additive Kontrol (B1), tepung sambiloto 1% (B2), tepung garlic 1% (B3), Kalimun 1% (B4). Kandang yang digunakan adalah kandang koloni lantai litter sebanyak 48 unit percobaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 12 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan dan setiap unit percobaan terdapat 10 ekor ayam lokal. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi (ANAVA), apabila hasil anlisis menunjukkan interaksi yang nyata antara galur ayam dengan feed additive maka dilanjutkan dengan Uji Lanjut Kontras Orthogonal, namun apabila pengaruh nyata pada masing-masing faktor maka Uji Lanjut dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa interaksi galur ayam dan feed additive berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap bobot dan persentase karkas serta bobot karkas, namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase non karkas ayam local. Galur ayam lokal berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap bobot karkas dan non karkas. Hasil uji beda nyata jujur menunjukkan rataan bobot karkas dan non karkas tertinggi pada ayam Kedu, sebesar 758,08±108,91 g dan 175,67±32,85 g. Hasil Uji Lanjut Kontras Orthogonal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara Galur Ayam dan suplementasi tepung sambiloto. Semua ayam lokal yang pakannya disuplementasi tepung sambiloto menghasilkan persentase non karkas lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pakan kontrol. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini interaksi antara galur ayam lokal dan penambahan feed additive menghasilkan bobot karkas dan non karkas yang relative sama, tetapi menghasilkan persentase non karkas yang berbeda. Ayam kampung yang diberi tepung sambiloto memiliki persentase non karkas yang rendah dibandingkan dengan ayam kampung unggul balitnak dan ayam kedu yang diberi tepung sambiloto 1%. Galur ayam kedu yang diberi tepung sambiloto 1% memiliki persentase non karkas tinggi. Ayam kedu mneghasilkan bobot karkas tinggi daripada ayam kampung asli dan ayam kampung unggul balitnak.

Inggris)The research entitled "The Effect of Local Chicken Lines and Feed Additive on Carcass and Non Carcass Weight and Percentage" aims to determine the interaction between local chicken lines and feed additive on carcass and non carcass weight and percentage. The research was carried out on July 12, 2021 – October 13, 2021, at the Dukuhwaluh Cage and Poultry Livestock Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jenderal Sudirman University. The research material used was Kampung Unggul Balitnak chicken (A2), and 28 day old Kedu chicken (A3) that had been previously reared from DOC, each of which was 160 for a total of 480 tails. The feed used was basal feed without the addition of a feed additive (B1), 1% sambiloto flour (B2), 1% garlic flour (B3), 1% Kalimun (B4). The cages used were 48 experimental units of litter floor colony cages. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with a factorial pattern consisting of 12 treatments and 4 replications and each experimental unit contained 10 local chickens.data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if the results of the analysis showed a significant interaction between the chicken strain and feed additive , it was continued with the Orthogonal Contrast Advanced Test, but if the effect was significant on each factor, then the Follow-up Test with Honest Significant Difference Test (BNJ) . The results of the analysis of variance showed that the interaction of chicken lines and feed additives had no significant effect on carcass weight and percentage and carcass weight, but had a significant effect on non-carcass percentage of local chickens. Local chicken lines had a significant effect (P<0.05) on carcass and non-carcass weights. The results of the honest significant difference test showed the highest average carcass and non-carcass weights in Kedu chickens, amounting to 758.08±108.91 g and 175.67±32.85 g. The results of the Orthogonal Contrast Follow-up Test showed that there was an interaction between Chicken Strains and bitter flour supplementation. All local chickens whose feed was supplemented with sambiloto flour produced a higher percentage of non-carcass compared to the control diet. The conclusion of this study was that the interaction between local chicken lines and the addition of feed additive resulted in relatively the same carcass and non-carcass weights, but produced different non-carcass percentages. Free-range chicken fed with sambiloto flour had a low percentage of non-carcass compared to high-quality native chickens and kedu chickens fed with 1% sambiloto flour. The kedu chicken line which was given 1% sambiloto flour had a high percentage of non-carcass. Kedu chickens produce high carcass weights than native native chickens and superior village chickens for toddlers.
