| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang keuangan saat ini memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Maraknya penggunaan uang elektronik di Purwokerto didukung oleh fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap sehingga memudahkan pengaplikasian teknologi di Purwokerto. Adanya teknologi berupa QRIS di Purwokerto ini dapat meningkatkan kemudahan bagi konsumen dalam bertransaksi sehingga berpengaruh positif terhadap omset penjualan yang diterima oleh merchant khususnya pelaku UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan omset penjualan bagi UMKM sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan QRIS apakah mengalami perbedaan atau tidak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 615.643 merchant QRIS di Kota Purwokerto. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan sebesar 100 UMKM pengguna QRIS dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode wawancara berdasarkan kuisioner sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan omset penjualan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan QRIS. Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai rata-rata omset penjualan sebelum penggunaan QRIS sebesar Rp31.570.000 dan nilai rata-rata sesudah penggunaan QRIS sebesar Rp44.200.000. Hal ini dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa dengan adanya penggunaan QRIS pada UMKM memberikan peningkatan yang positif terhadap omset penjualan yang diterima oleh UMKM. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan di daerah pelosok masih rendah sehingga program digitalisasi dalam sistem pembayaran melalui QRIS perlu dikembangkan lagi supaya digitalisasi pembayaran dapat merata di seluruh daerah. Kebijakan QRIS ini juga harus tetap dilanjutkan bahkan harus ditingkatkan kembali sosialisasinya dalam mengaplikasikan kebijakan cashless oleh pemerintah sehingga masyarakat lebih memahami keberadaan dan manfaat dari QRIS dalam sistem pembayaran. |

The widespread use of electronic money in Purwokerto is supported by complete facilities and infrastructure to facilitate the application of technology in Purwokerto. The existence of technology in the form of QRIS in Purwokerto can increase the convenience for consumers in transacting so that it has a positive effect on sales turnover received by merchants, especially SMEs.The purpose of this study was to compare sales turnover for MSMEs before and after using QRIS whether there was a difference or not. The population in this study was 615,643 QRIS merchants in Purwokerto City. The sample size used is 100 SMEs using QRIS using the snowball sampling method. The data collection technique is using the interview method based on questionnaires while the data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon test.The results of this study indicate that there are differences in sales turnover before and after using QRIS. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test also shows the results that the average value of sales turnover before using QRIS is Rp. 31,570,000 and the average value after using QRIS is Rp. 44,200,000. This can be interpreted that the use of QRIS in MSMEs provides a positive increase in the sales turnover received by MSMEs.The implication of this research is that the level of financial literacy in remote areas is still low so that the digitalization program in the payment system through QRIS needs to be developed again so that digitization of payments can be evenly distributed throughout the region. This QRIS policy must also be continued and even increased socialization in applying the cashless policy by the government so that the public better understands the existence and benefits of QRIS in the payment system.
