Indonesia) | Jadwal mata kuliah di perkuliahan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar mengajar di kampus, jadwal ini bertujuan untuk mendukung, memperlancar, dan mempertinggi kualitas pendidikan. Dalam menyusun jadwal mata kuliah perlu mempertimbangkan kondisi – kondisi tertentu. Aturan tersebut diantaranya yaitu: satu ruang hanya bisa dipakai oleh satu mata kuliah di jam tertentu, dosen tidak boleh mengajar lebih dari satu mata kuliah di jam yang sama, dan lain sebagainya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman adalah penyusunan jadwal mata kuliah belum dilakukan secara otomatis oleh sistem, sehingga menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu. Waktu penyusunan tersebut belum termasuk ketidaktelitian pengguna serta banyaknya jumlah mata kuliah yang menyebabkan waktu penyusunan jadwal jadi ikut bertambah. Pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuah back-end sistem penjadwalan mata kuliah di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, agar dapat mempermudah civitas akademika dalam melakukan penyusunan jadwal mata kuliah. Backend sistem berhasil dibuat menggunakan metode pengembangan DevOps dan framework Django. Tahapan pengembangan sistem dimulai dari perencanaan, kemudian pengembangan, pembangunan, sampai pengujian. Pada hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi pada sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. |

Inggris) | The schedule of courses in lectures is very important in the ongoing teaching and learning activities on campus, this schedule aims to support, facilitate, and enhance the quality of education. In compiling the course schedule, it is necessary to consider certain conditions. These rules include: one room can only be used by one course at a certain time, lecturers may not teach more than one course at the same time, and so on. The problem faced by the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Soedirman University, is that the preparation of the course schedule has not been done automatically by the system, so it takes more time. The preparation time does not include user inaccuracies and the large number of courses which causes the schedule preparation time to also increase. In this study, a back-end course scheduling system was built at the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Sudirman University, in order to make it easier for the academic community to arrange course schedules. The system backend was successfully created using the DevOps development method and the Django framework. The stages of system development start from planning, then development, construction, to testing. The results of system testing show that all functions on the system can run according to user needs. |
