| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Percaya Diri, Pengambilan Resiko, Dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Terhadap Resiliensi Pedagang Pasar Tradisonal Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh percaya diri terhadap resiliensi pedagang pasar tradisional di masa pandemi covid 19, (2) Pengaruh pengambilan resiko terhadap resiliensi pedagang pasar tradisional di masa pandemi covid 19, (3) Pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap resiliensi pedagang pasar tradisional di masa pandemi covid 19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah responden yang diperoleh adalah 72 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) percaya diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi pedagang, (2) pengambilan resiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi pedagang, (3) pemanfaatan teknologi tidak berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi pedagang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, implikasinya adalah pedagang dapat memaksimalkan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan percaya diri seperti keyakinan, kemandirian, dan optimisme; serta memaksimalkan kemampuannya untuk mengambil resiko, lebih menyukai tantangan dalam berjualan, dan menganggap tantangan yang ada sebagai pembelajaran bukan hambatan supaya pedagang dapat lebih meningkatkan resiliensi dalam berjualan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study entitled "The Effect of Confidence, Risk Taking, and Utilization of Technology on the Resilience of Traditional Market Traders During the Covid-19 Pandemic". The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of confidence on the resilience of traditional market traders during the covid 19 pandemic, (2) the effect of risk taking on the resilience of traditional market traders during the covid 19 pandemic, (3) the effect of using technology on the resilience of traders. traditional market during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling with the number of respondents obtained is 72 respondents. The results of this study indicate: (1) self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on the resilience of traders, (2) risk taking has a positive and significant effect on the resilience of traders, (3) the use of technology has no effect on the resilience of traders. Based on the results of this study, the implication is that traders can maximize things related to self-confidence such as confidence, independence, and optimism; and maximize their ability to take risks, prefer challenges in selling, and consider existing challenges as learning, not obstacles so that traders can further increase their resilience in selling. |
