| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan struktur komunitas zooplankton antar stasiun pengamatan dan mengetahui hubungan faktor fisik dan kimia perairan terhadap struktur komunitas fitoplankton di setiap stasiun stasiun pengamatan di Sungai Donan, Segara Anakan, Cilacap. Metode yang digunakan survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus pada selang waktu dua hari dengan enam kali ulangan di empat stasiun pengamatan, yaitu hutan mangrove, PT Holcim, Pertamina UP IV, dan Pelabuhan Sleko. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan, indeks kemerataan dan indeks dominansi zooplankton antar stasiun pengamatan sama, sedangkan indeks keragaman zooplankton antar stasiun pengamatan berbeda. Kelimpahan terbanyak pada area mangrove adalah Calanus helgolandicus (233 ind./L), di Holcim adalah Calanus helgolandicus (420 ind./L), di Pertamina UP IV adalah Calanus helgolandicus (444 ind./L), dan di Pelabuhan Sleko adalah Brachionus angularis (1687 ind./L). |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was aimed to know the difference of community structure of zooplankton between observation stations and to know the relationship between physical and chemical factors and community structure of zooplankton alongside Donan river, Segara Anakan, Cilacap. The research was conducted in six duplicates with intervals of two days during August at four observation stations. The observation stations are mangrove forest, PT Holcim, Pertamina RU IV, and Sleko’s port. The results showed that abundance, evenness’s index and dominance’s index of zooplankton have same point between all of the observation stations, except diversity’s index of zooplankton has a differences between all of the observation stations. The abundance of zooplankton at mangrove is Calanus helgolandicus (233 ind./L) at Holcim are Calanus helgolandicus (420 ind./L) at Pertamina RU IV is Calanus helgolandicus (444 ind./L) and at Port of Sleko areas is Brachionus angularis (1687 ind./L). |
