| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini membahas tentang fungsi kuasa untuk uji arah kanan pada distribusi Chi-square. Metode yang digunakan adalah (1) identifikasi statistik cukup, (2) uji MLR, (3) penentuan daerah penolakan dengan UMP test, dan (4) menentukan fungsi kuasa berdasarkan daerah penolakan yang diperoleh. Grafik fungsi kuasa diperoleh dengan menggunakan bantuan software R versi 4.0.5. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa batas daerah penolakan (k) berpengaruh terhadap ukuran uji, yaitu semakin besar nilai k, maka ukuran uji akan semakin kecil. Selain itu, nilai kuasa cenderung lebih cepat menuju ke satu pada nilai parameter r yang semakin besar.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research discussed the power function for the right-side testing in Chi-square distribution. The methods are (1) identify the sufficient statistic, (2) MLR test, (3) determine the rejection region used the UMP test, then (4) determine the power function by based on the rejection region. The graph of the power function was obtained using the R software version 4.0.5. The results of the research show that the rejection region boundary (k) affects the test size, the larger value of k, the smaller the test size. In addition, the power value tends to go faster to one at the larger value of the r.
