| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) adalah sistem katalog terpasang yang dapat diakses secara umum, dan dapat dipakai pengguna untuk menelusur pangkalan data katalog, untuk memastikan apakah perpustakaan menyimpan karya tertentu. Katalog online dirancang untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mencapai tujuannya. Katalog online harus mudah digunakan agar pengguna dapat dengan mudah megoperasikan, efektif, dan mudah untuk dipahami. Hal-hal tersebut merupakan kriteria dari usabilitas. Jika tampilan user interface OPAC Unsoed kurang menarik dan sulit dimengerti oleh pengguna maka akan berpengaruh kepada pengguna ketika mengoperasikan website OPAC Unsoed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan usabilitas yang ada pada Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan dapat mengetahui tingkat usabilitas website. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Sprint dan mencari nilai validasi menggunakan metode deskriptif presentase. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam bentuk desain user interface user level pengguna agar dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem kedepannya. |

Inggris) | The Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is a publicly accessible installed catalog system, which users can use to browse the catalog database, to determine whether the library holds a particular work. The online catalog is designed to make it easier for users to achieve their goals. Online catalogs must be easy to use so that users can easily operate, effective, and easy to understand. These are the criteria for usability. If the appearance of the OPAC Unsoed user interface is less attractive and difficult for users to understand, it will affect the user when operating the Unsoed OPAC website. This study aims to identify usability problems that exist in the General Sudirman University Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and to determine the level of website usability. This study uses the Design Sprint method and looks for validation values using the descriptive percentage method. This research produces recommendations in the form of user-level user interface design so that it can be applied in future system development. |
