Indonesia) | PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PIDANA DOKTER PENANGGUNG JAWAB PASIEN TERHADAP KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF INTERPROFESI DALAM UPAYA KESELAMATAN PASIEN Andreas Wijaya Magister Ilmu Hukum Universitas Jendral Soedirman Komunikasi efektif diantara para profesional kesehatan merupakan kunci utama dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional sehingga rumah sakit wajib memiliki solusi agar komunikasi tidak terputus di satu pihak. Untuk mempermudah proses komunikasi dalam memantau riwayat kesehatan pasien, setiap profesional pemberi asuhan diwajibkan untuk membuat rekam medis. Rumusan masalah berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah diuraikan tentang komunikasi efektif interprofesi dalam upaya keselamatan pasien (patient safety) dan pertanggungjawaban pidana dokter penanggungjawab pasien terhadap komunikasi efektif interprofesi dalam upaya keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian hukum empiris atau penelitian hukum sosiologis. Menggambarkan keadaan dari objek atau masalah yang akan diteliti yang diperoleh seperti hasil pengamatan, hasil wawancara, analisis dokumen, catatan lapangan, yang tidak dituangkan dalam bentuk dan angka-angka komunikasi efektif dan pertanggung jawaban pidana Analisis kualitatif disajikan dengan menggambarkan data yang telah dianalisis berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, kemudian diolah menjadi uraian-uraian untuk dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Bentuk komunikasi efektif interprofesi adalah suatu hubungan komunikasi antara dokter sebagai penanggung jawab pasien dengan tenaga medis lainya atau tenaga non medis, ,melalui cara SBAR ataupun catatan perkempangan pasien terintegrasi ( CPPT ). Komunikasi efektif interprofesi dalam upaya keselamatan pasien di RS Emanuel kurang efekftif karena ditemukan ditemukan faktor penghambat yaitu dari kultur hukum. Pertanggungjawaban pidana dokter penanggungjawab pasien terhadap komunikasi efektif interprofesi dalam upaya keselamatan pasien adalah dokter bertanggung jawab terhadap kelalaian oleh dokter, tenaga medis lainya dan tenaga non medis yang membawa dampak kerugian bagi pasien. |

Formulation of problems based on the background that has been outlined about effective interprofession communication in patient safety efforts and criminal accountability of doctors in charge of patients for effective interprofession communication in patient safety efforts This research uses empirical legal research design or sociological legal research.Describing the circumstances of the object or problem to be examined obtained such as observations, interview results, analysis of documents, field records, which are not poured in the form and numbers of effective communication and criminal responsibility Qualitative analysis is presented by describing data that has been analyzed based on conformity with the problems in this study, then processed into descriptions to be drawn conclusions. Research results Interprofessional effective communication is a communication relationship between doctors in charge of patients with other medical personnel or non-medical personnel, through the SBAR method or integrated patient progress records (CPPT). Effective interprofessional communication in patient safety efforts at Emanuel Hospital was less effective because it was found that the inhibiting factor was the legal culture. The criminal responsibility of the doctor who is in charge of the patient for effective interprofessional communication in an effort to save the patient is that the doctor is responsible for negligence by doctors, other medical personnel and non-medical personnel that causes harm to the patient. |
