| Judul Artikel | Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Lansia Dengan Komorbid Dalam Menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kemangkon |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang: Lansia dengan komorbid merupakan salah satu kelompok usia yang rentan terjangkit penyakit terlebih lagi pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Salah satu upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19 adalah dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lansia dengan komorbid dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan perlu dikaji yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 khususnaya pada kelompok lansia. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain observasional analitik serta rancangan cross sectional. Sebanyak 175 masyarakat lansia menjadi responden pada penelitian ini secara sukarela. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner Health Belief Model yang telah dimodifikasi dan kuesioner Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19. Hasil Penelitian: Karakteristik responden pada penelitian ini sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Gambaran persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keparahan, persepsi hambatan, persepsi manfaat, efikasi diri, dan penerapan protokol kesehatan sebagian besar memiliki persepsi dan tindakan yang baik. Persepsi hambatan merupakan satu-satunya persepsi yang berhubungan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Persepsi hambatan juga merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi lansia dengan komorbid dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kemangkon. Kesimpulan: Persepsi Hambatan merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The elderly with comorbidities are one of the age groups that are vulnerable to contracting the disease, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is to implement the Covid-19 health protocol. The factors that influence the elderly with comorbidities in implementing health protocols need to be studied which aims to improve the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol, especially in the elderly group. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with analytical observational design and cross sectional design. A total of 175 elderly people became respondents in this study voluntarily. The instruments in this study were the modified Health Belief Model questionnaire and the Covid-19 Health Protocol Implementation questionnaire. Results: The characteristics of the respondents in this study were mostly male. The descriptions of perceived vulnerability, perceived severity, perceived barriers, perceived benefits, self-efficacy, and application of health protocols mostly had good perceptions and actions. The perception of barriers is the only perception related to the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol. The perception of barriers is also the most influencing factor for the elderly with comorbidities in implementing the Covid-19 health protocol in the working area of the Kemangkon Health Center. Conclusion: The perception of barriers is a factor that significantly influences the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol.
