| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Kelompok lansia merupakan kelompok dengan prevalensi tinggi terdampak Covid-19 karena lansia lebih rentan berisiko mengalami keparahan akibat penyakit Covid-19. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dibutuhkan peran keluarga untuk memberikan dukungan secara maksimal dalam mengajak lansia melaksanakan vaksinasi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan vaksinasi Covid-19 pada lansia. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan memilih secara acak responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian pada lansia yang berusia 60-75 tahun di Desa Bodeh, Kecamatan Bodeh, Kabupaten Pemalang. Uji analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian: Sebagian besar responden mendapatkan dukungan keluarga dengan kategori baik (60,4%) dan sebagian besar responden patuh dengan melaksanakan vaksinasi Covid-19 (80,2%). Hasil Uji Chi Square antara variabel dukungan keluarga dan kepatuhan vaksinasi Covid-19 didapatkan hasil p value = 0,000 (p value < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar responden mendapatkan dukungan keluarga dengan kategori baik dan patuh melaksanakan vaksinasi Covid-19. Dukungan keluarga menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan vaksinasi Covid-19 pada lansia. |

Inggris) | Background: The elderly group is a group with a high prevalence of being affected by Covid-19 because the elderly are more vulnerable to risk of experiencing the severity of the Covid-19 disease. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of the family is needed to provide maximum support in inviting the elderly to carry out the Covid-19 vaccination. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to Covid-19 vaccination in the elderly. Method: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a cross sectional research design. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling by randomly selecting respondents who meet the research criteria for the elderly aged 60-75 years in Desa Bodeh, Kecamatan Bodeh, Kabupaten Pemalang.. The analysis test in this study used the Chi Square test. Results: Most of the respondents received family support in the good category (60.4%) and most of the respondents obeyed by carrying out the Covid-19 vaccination (80.2%). The results of the Chi Square test between the variables of family support and Covid-19 vaccination compliance showed p value = 0.000 (p value <0.05). Conclusion: Most of the respondents received family support in the good category and obediently carried out the Covid-19 vaccination. Family support shows a significant relationship with Covid-19 vaccination compliance in the elderly. |
