| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Tingkat Kesadaran Politik Terhadap Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Tahun 2018 di Kelurahan Bobosan Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara Kabupaten Banyumas”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat partisipasi politik di Kelurahan Bobosan, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara pada Pilkada Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2018 memiliki angka yang tertinggi yaitu 82,5%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat kesadaran politik terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2018 di Kelurahan Bobosan, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis korelasi rank spearman, dan analisis regresi non ordinal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis kerja atau H1 diterima, artinya ada pengaruh tingkat kesadaran politik terhadap partisipasi politik. Hal tersebut dilandasi dari hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman yang memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,593 dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < tingkat kesalahan (0,5). Selain itu, dari hasil uji regresi non linear sederhana diketahui nilai t hitung (8,008) > t tabel (1,660). Serta R Square yang menunjukkan angka 0,396 yang artinya pengaruh tingkat kesadaran politik terhadap partisipasi politik adalah 39,6 % sedangkan sisanya, yakni sebesar 60,4% partisipasi politik dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu telah terbukti bahwa hipotesis kerja atau H1 diterima atas dasar hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman, uji regresi non linear sederhana, dan nilai R square. Itu artinya ada pengaruh tingkat kesadaran politik terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat di Kelurahan Bobosan dalam Pilkada tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Banyumas. Sedangkan, implikasi yang didapatkan adalah penelitian ini semakin memperkuat teori yang telah dikemukakan para ahli sebelumnya yaitu terdapat hubungan yang berbanding lurus antara tingkat kesadaran politik terhadap partisipasi politik masyarakat. |

Inggris) | This research is entitled "The Influence of Political Awareness Levels on Community Political Participation in the 2018 Regional Head Election in Bobosan Village, North Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency". This research is motivated by the political participation rate in Bobosan Village in the 2018 local leaders election of Banyumas Regency which is relatively high, reaching 82.5%, and a high population of voters at the time of the 2018 local leaders election of Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence on political awareness on the level of political participation of Bobosan Village in the 2018 local leaders election of Banyumas Regency and for knowing how much influence political awareness the level of political participation of Bobosan Village in the 2018 local leaders election of Banyumas Regency. The method used in research is the quantitative research method. The data retrieval techniques in this study were conducted by providing questionnaires to respondents who fit the criteria. Then, the data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, rank spearman correlation analysis, and simple nonlinear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the working hypothesis or H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the level of political awareness on political participation. This is based on the results of the Spearman rank correlation analysis which has a correlation value of 0.593 and significance value (0.000) < error rate (0.5). In addition, from the results of a simple non-linear regression test, it is known that the value of t count (8.008) > t table (1.660). And R Square which shows the number 0.396 which means that the influence of the level of political awareness on political participation is 39.6% while the remaining 60.4% political participation is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that it has been proven that the working hypothesis or H1 is accepted on the basis of the results of the Spearman rank correlation analysis, simple non-linear regression test, and the value of R square. This means that there is an influence of the level of political awareness on the political participation of the people in the Bobosan Village in the 2018 Regional Head Election in Banyumas Regency. Meanwhile, the implication obtained is that this research further strengthens the theory that has been put forward by previous experts, namely that there is a directly proportional relationship between the level of political awareness and public political participation. |
