| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) menjadi sumber nutrisi utama pada bayi 0-6 bulan. Perilaku ibu dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh niat yang dimiliki oleh ibu, terutama pada bayi di perinatologi. Peneltian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh pada niat ibu dalam melakukan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi dirawat di perinatologi. Metodologi: Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif cross sectional dengan teknik sampling non-probability sampling with total sampling pada 54 responden dengan analisis data menggunakan Uji Chi Square dan regresi logistik berganda. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner pengetahuan ASI eksklusif, pemberian dukungan suami, keluarga, dan perawat dari penelitian serupa. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu (p=0,000) dan dukungan suami (p=0,001), dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga (p=0,114), dan dukungan perawat (p=0,924) dengan niat ibu untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif. Hasil uji regresi logistik berganda didapatkan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi niat ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif yaitu dukungan suami (OR=9,754). Kesimpulan: Didapatkan hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu, dan dukungan suami dengan niat ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tidak didapatkan hubungan antara dukungan keluarga, dan perawat dengan niat ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif. Untuk faktor yang dominan adalah dukungan suami. |

Inggris) | Background: Breast milk is the primary supply of nutrition for toddlers zero-6 months. mother's conduct in specific breastfeeding is influenced by using the intentions of the mother, particularly for babies in perinatology. This study targets to determine the factors that have an impact on the mom's purpose to perform oneof-a-kind breastfeeding for babies treated in perinatology. Methods: The approach used is quantitative move sectional with non-possibility sampling with a total sampling of 54 respondents with facts analysis the usage of Chi Square check and multiple logistic regression. The tool used turned into a questionnaire on information of special breastfeeding, presenting assist for husbands, households, and nurses from comparable research.. Results: The results are significant relation mother's knowledge (p=0,000) and husband's support (p=0,001), and there’s no relation between family support (p=0,114), and nurse support (p=0,9242) with mother's intention to give exclusive breastfeeding. The results of the multiple logistic regression test showed that the dominant factor that influenced the mother's intention to give exclusive breastfeeding was husband support (OR=9,754). Conclusion: There was a relations between mom's expertise, and husband's aid with the mom's goal in specific breastfeeding. there was no dating between family guide, and nurses with the mom's goal in one-of-a-kind breastfeeding. The dominant element is husband's guide. |
