| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMANFAATAN POS PEMBINAAN TERPADU (POSBINDU) PADA LANSIA HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA UPTD PUSKESMAS TUGU KABUPATEN INDRAMAYU TAHUN 2022 |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Hipertensi merupakan salah satu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) yang menjadi penyebab kematian nomor satu didunia setiap tahunnya. Menurut Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS) tahun 2018 penderita hipertensi tertinggi berada pada usia lanjut. Salah satu Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat (UKM) yang berorientasi kepada upaya promotif dan preventif dalam pengendalian PTM adalah melalui program Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (Posbindu ). Metodologi : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia hipertensi di Posbindu wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Tugu yang berjumlah 374. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 118 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, analisis bivariat (chi-square), dan analisis multivariat (regresi logistik). Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa paling banyak responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (69,5%), pendidikan lansia yaitu rendah (92,4%), status pekerjaan lansia adalah bekerja (73,7%), lansia memiliki persepsi positif akan COVID-19 (53,4%), akses lansia menuju Posbindu mudah (61,0%), dukungan keluarga lansia yaitu baik (51,7%), lansia mendapatkan dukungan dari petugas kesehatan (64,4%), lansia mendapatkan dukungan dari teman sebaya (55,9%). Faktor yang mempengaruhi lansia hipertensi terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu adalah dukungan teman sebaya (p = 0,015). Kesimpulan : Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi lansia hipertensi terhadap pemanfaatan Posbindu adalah dukungan teman sebaya, dimana lansia yang memiliki dukungan teman sebaya cenderung lebih aktif untuk memanfaatkan Posbindu. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases (NCDs) that is the leading cause of death worldwide each year. According to Basic Health Research (2018), hypertension is most prevalent in the elderly. Pos Pembinaan Terpadu (Posbindu) program is one of the Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat (UKM) aimed at promoting and preventing NCDs. Methodology : This is a quantitative research design that employed a cross-sectional approach. The participants of this research consisted of 374 elderly hypertensives in Posbindu, the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Tugu. The sample size for this study was 118 individuals. Simple random sampling is used as the sampling technique. A questionnaire was used as the instrument. Univariate analysis, bivariate analysis (chi-square), and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the data (logistic regression). Result: The findings of this study indicate that the majority of respondents (69.5 percent) are female, the elderly have a low education background (92.4 percent), the elderly are employed (73.7 percent), the elderly have a positive perception of COVID-19 (53.4 percent), the elderly have an easy access to Posbindu (61.0 percent), the elderly have good family support (51.7 percent), the elderly receive support from health workers (64.4 percent), and the elderly receive suppo (55.9 percent ). Peer support is a factor that influences the elderly with hypertension's use of Posbindu (p = 0.015). Conclusion : The most important factor influencing the use of Posbindu by elderly with hypertension is peer support, with elderly who have peer support being more active users.
