Inggris) | This research entitled "The Analysis of Factors Influencing Capital Structure on Small and Medium Enterpsrises (Case Study on Retails Shop in purwokerto)". this research based on classic problem in capital structure. capital structure is decision of financial manager which related with debt composition that used by company for its operasional. every financial manager decision of source funding required him/her to consider the good and bad sources of funds. the purpose of this study to show how much SMEs in Purwokerto which used external funding and factors that influence capital structure on SMEs in Purwokerto that observed from difference variable firm age, firm size, asset structure, proitability (ROA) and firm growth. object of research are small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Purwokerto as many as 80 units SMEs retail shop. type of data collected data are primary data. this research method used goodnes of fit test and classical assumption test for multiple regression analysis. based on the results this study, many there SMEs which used external funding for support their trade operational. analysis results show firm size, assets structure and profitability has significantly influence toward capital structure. meanwhile, firm age and firm growth has results that has not significantly influence toward capital structure. one of variables, that is assets structure, shows need collateral when used external funding. |
