Indonesia) | PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN MENGGUNAKAN E-BUKLET TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MELAKUKAN MOBILISASI DINI PADA PASIEN POST LAPARATOMI DI RSUD PROF DR MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO Dwi Heri Purnomo¹, Iwan Purnawan², Arif Imam Hidayat³ Latar Belakang: Laparatomi merupakan sebuah tindakan bedah yang dilakukan dengan membuat sayatan di dinding perut. komplikasi yang muncul pada pasien post operasi diantaranya perdarahan, nyeri, infeksi pada luka operasi, dan terbukanya jahitan pada dinding perut. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan e-buklet tentang mobilisasi dini pada pasien post laparatomi. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media e-buklet terhadap pasien post laparatomi di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Metode: Metode peneltian ini yaitu quasy experiment posttest only with control group design dengan teknik sampling consecutive sampling pada 30 responden intervensi dan 30 responden kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi dan e-buklet dengan analisis uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil: Mayoritas usia responden berada pada rentang usia 45-55 tahun dengan jenis kelamin perempuan dan mayoritas tingkat pendidikan responden adalah SMA. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan median pada kedua kelompok yaitu 6 untuk kelompok intervensi dan 4 untuk kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media e-buklet terhadap kemampuan melakukan mobilisasi dini pada pasien post laparatomi dengan nilai p=0,01 (p<0,05). Inggris) | EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION USING E-BOOKLET ON THE ABILITY TO DO EARLY MOBILIZATION IN POST LAPARATOMY PATIENTS IN PROF DR MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO HOSPITAL Dwi Heri Purnomo¹, Iwan Purnawan², Arif Imam Hidayat³ Background: Laparotomy is a surgical procedure performed by making an incision in the abdominal. Complications that arise in postoperative patients include bleeding, pain, infection in the surgical wound, and opening of sutures on the abdominal wall. Intervention that can be made are to provide health education using e-booklets about early mobilization in post-laparotomy patients. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of health education using e-booklet media on post-laparotomy patients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Methodology: The approach used was quasi test posttest simplest with control organization layout with consecutive sampling technique of 30 intervention respondents and 30 control respondents. The gadgets used are remark sheets and e-booklets with Mann-Whitney check evaluation. Result: Most of the people of respondents are within the age range of forty five-55 years with female gender and most people of respondents' schooling level is high school. The outcomes showed that there was a difference within the median inside the groups, 6 for the intervention organization and four for the control institution. Conclusion: There is an effect of health education using e-booklet media on the ability to carry out early mobilization in post-laparotomy patients with a value of p = 0.01 (p <0.05).
