Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspirasi hukum masyarakat terdampak covid-19 terhadap pelaksanaan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dana desa dari pemerintah dan pengaruh faktor penghasilan, pekerjaan dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap aspirasi hukum masyarakat terdampak covid-19 terhadap pelaksanaan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dana desa dari pemerintah.Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Karangtengah, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas dengan responden sebanyak 30 (tiga puluh) responden. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi kemudian disajikan secara naratif dan tabel data.Anlisis data kuantitatif mengunakan metode statistik sederhana, sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan metode analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Aspirasi hukum masyarakat terdampak Covid-19 terhadap pelaksanaan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dari Pemerintah di Desa Karangtengah, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas adalah tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan indikator-indikator yaitu tingginya dalam pencapaian tujuan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Dana Desa dan efektifnya pelaksanaan upaya Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Dana Desa.Faktor penghasilan, pekerjaan dan pendidikan cenderung berpengaruh secara positif terhadap aspirasi hukum masyarakat terdampak covid-19 terkait pelaksanaan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Dana Desa di Desa Karangtengah Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas. Artinya semakin tinggi faktor penghasilan semakin homogen pekerjaan dan semakin tinggi pendidikan, maka semakin tinggi pula Aspirasi Hukum Masyarakat Terdampak Covid-19 Terkait Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Dana Desa. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the legal aspirations of the people affected by COVID-19 towards the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program from the government and the influence of income, employment and education levels on the legal aspirations of the people affected by COVID-19 on the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program. ) village funds from the government. This study uses quantitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. This research is located in Karangtengah Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency with 30 (thirty) respondents. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling. Types of data sources include primary and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire, documentary and library methods. The collected data is processed using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques and then presented in a narrative and data table. Quantitative data analysis used simple statistical methods, while qualitative data analysis used content analysis and comparison analysis methods. The results showed that the level of legal aspirations of the people affected by Covid-19 towards the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program from the Government in Karangtengah Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency is high. This is evidenced by indicators, namely the high achievement of the objectives of the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) program and the effective implementation of the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) efforts. Income, employment and education factors tend to have a positive influence on the legal aspirations of the people affected by COVID-19 regarding the implementation of the Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT) program in Karangtengah Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. This means that the higher the income factor, the more homogeneous the work and the higher the education, the higher the legal aspirations of the people affected by COVID-19 regarding the implementation of the Village Fund Cash Direct Aid (BLT) Program. |
