| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Rancamaya merupakan salah satu desa sentra perajin gula kelapa kristal di Kecamatan Cilongok. Perajin sebagai pengelola usahatani gula kelapa kristal tentunya memiliki motivasi dalam menjalankan usahataninya. Motivasi perajin dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, dan untuk menggambarkan motivasi perajin digunakan teori hierarki kebutuhan Maslow. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat motivasi perajin gula kelapa kristal dengan analisis deskriptif, skoring dan metode successive interval. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor internal dan eksternal dengan tingkat motivasi perajin gula kelapa kristal dilakukan dengan analisis rank spearman. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:1) Tingkat motivasi perajin gula kelapa kristal di Desa Rancamaya dari kebutuhan fisiologis sebesar 3,15 (sedang), kebutuhan rasa aman sebesar 2,85 (sedang), kebutuhan sosial sebesar 2,84 (sedang), kebutuhan penghargaan sebesar 2,67 (sedang), dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri sebesar 2,65 (sedang). 2) faktor internal dan ekstenal perajin yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat motivasi perajin gula kelapa kristal antaralain: jumlah tanggungan keluarga perajin, pengalaman berusahatani dan peran koperasi. Faktor internal dan eksternal perajin yang tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan tingkat motivasi perajin gula kelapa kristal antaralain: pendidikan, jumlah pohon kelapa dan akses informasi. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Rancamaya is one of the centers for crystal coconut sugar craftsmen in Cilongok District. Craftsmen as managers of crystal coconut sugar farming certainly have motivation in running their farms. Craftsman motivation is influenced by internal and external factors, and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is used to describe the craftsman's motivation. The research method in this study was used to analyze the level of motivation of crystal coconut sugar craftsmen with descriptive analysis, scoring and successive interval methods. Furthermore, to determine the relationship between internal and external factors with the level of motivation of crystal coconut sugar craftsmen, it was carried out by Spearman rank analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) The motivation level of crystal coconut sugar craftsmen in Rancamaya Village from physiological needs is 3.15 (moderate), security needs are 2.85 (moderate), social needs are 2.84 (moderate), social needs are 2.84 (moderate), appreciation of 2.67 (moderate), and self-actualization needs of 2.65 (moderate). 2) the internal and external factors of craftsmen that have a significant relationship with the level of motivation of crystal coconut sugar craftsmen include: the number of dependents of the crafter's family, farming experience and the role of cooperatives. The internal and external factors of craftsmen that are not directly related to the level of motivation of crystal coconut sugar craftsmen include: education, number of coconut trees and access to information. |
