| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi jamur tiram dan (2) mengetahui efisiensi teknis, efisiensi harga dan efisiensi ekonomi penggunaan faktor -faktor produksi pada usaha tani jamur tiram di Kecamatan Ajibarang, kabupaten Banyumas. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). penelitian ini dilakukan pada 6 Mei sampai 31 Juli 2019. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 55 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan fungsi produksi model Cobb-Douglas dan analisis efisiensi ekonomi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi jamur tiram adalah luas lahan, dinding kumbung, rak, bibit dan serbuk kayu, sedangkan faktor produksi bekatul, kapur, serbuk jagung, tenaga kerja dan kayu bakar tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi jamur tiram. Penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan, dinding kumbung, rak, bibit dan serbuk kayu secara teknis sudah efisien namun secara harga belum efisien, sehingga secara ekonomi produksi jamur tiram belum efisien. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to (1) determine the factors that influence the production of oyster mushrooms and (2) determine the technical efficiency, price efficiency and economic efficiency of the use of production factors in oyster mushroom farming in Ajibarang District of Banyumas Regency. The research location was chosen purposively. This research was conducted from May 6 to July 31, 2019. The research method used was a survey method with a total of 55 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the production function of the Cobb-Douglas model and the analysis of the economic efficiency of the use of production factors. The results showed that the factors that influenced the production of oyster mushrooms were land area, kumbung walls, shelves, seeds and sawdust, while the production factors of bran, lime, corn powder, labor and firewood had no significant effect on the production of oyster mushrooms. The use of production factors for land area, kumbung walls, shelves, seeds and sawdust is technically efficient but price is not efficient, so that economically the production of oyster mushrooms is not efficient. |
