Indonesia) | Dalam organisasi pemerintahan Kecamatan memiliki wewenang memberikan pelayanan publik untuk masyarakat selain itu juga mempunyai tugas membantu Bupati dalam mengkoordinasikan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Oleh karena itu kinerja Kecamatan harus baik dalam memberikan pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan posistif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perhitungan statistik Korelasi Kendall Tau-b, Korelasi Konkordasi Kendall W dan Regresi Ordinal dengan jumlah responden 31 orang yang berada di Kantor Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisi Kendall Tau-b antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,694 dan analisis regresi ordinal menunjukkan adanya pengaruh sebesar 0,659. Disiplin kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,576 dan analisis regresi ordinal terdapat pengaruh sebesar 0,500, korelasi Konkordasi Kendall’s W menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,240. Kemudian hasil dari analisis regresi ordinal menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif sebesar 0,659. Dari hasil penelitian diatas diketahui keseluruhan hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima.

Inggris) | In government organizations, the sub-district has the authority to provide public services to the community, besides that it also has the task of assisting the regent in coordinating the administration of government and empowering village communities. Therefore, the performance of the District must be good in providing services. This research was conducted at the Sub-District Office of Sumbang, Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant and positive influence between Leadership Style and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Subdistrict Office of Sumbang, Banyumas Regency. This study uses quantitative associative research methods using a survey approach method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used in this research is the statistical calculation of Kendall Tau-b Correlation, Kendall W Correlation Concordance and Ordinal Regression with a total of 31 respondents who are in the Subdistrict Office of Sumbang, Banyumas Regency.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Kendall Tau-b's analysis of leadership style variables has a positive relationship with employee performance variables of 0.694 and ordinal regression analysis shows an effect of 0.659. Work discipline has a positive relationship with employee performance variables of 0.576 and ordinal regression analysis has an effect of 0.500, the Kendall's W Concordance correlation shows that leadership style and work discipline variables have a positive relationship with employee performance variables of 0.240. Then the results of the ordinal regression analysis showed a positive effect of 0.659. From the results of the research above, it is known that the overall research hypothesis can be accepted.
