| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan komposisi formula nutrisi terhadap pertumbuhan, sifat kimia air dan serapan P oleh tanaman selada secara hidroponik rakit apung, (2) mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan, sifat kimia air dan serapan P oleh tanaman selada secara hidroponik rakit apung, (3) mengetahui kombinasi terbaik antara komposisi formula nutrisi dan media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan, sifat kimia air dan serapan P oleh tanaman selada secara hidroponik rakit apung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Agustus 2019. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah formula nutrisi yang terdiri dari 5 aras nitrogen yaitu: AB Mix 8% N; formula nutrisi 6% N; 7,5% N; 9% N dan 10,5% N. Faktor kedua adalah media tanam yaitu: cocogrow; cocogrow + zeolit. Variabel pengamatan meliputi: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, volume akar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar kering, suhu air, pH air, DHL dan TDS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komposisi formula nutrisi dengan kandungan N 9% berpengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan luas daun, volume akar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering dan serapan P tanaman; (2) penggunaan media tanam cocogrow + zeolit memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, volume akar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar kering dan serapan P tanaman; (3) kombinasi komposisi formula nutrisi dengan kandungan N 9% dan media tanam cocogrow + zeolit memberikan pertumbuhan terbaik pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering tanaman selada. |

Inggris) | This research aims to: (1) find out the effect of differences in the composition of nutritional formulas on growth, the chemical properties of water and the hydroponic uptake of P by lettuce plants hydroponic floating rafts, (2) know the effect of differences in planting media on growth, the chemical properties of water and the uptake of P by lettuce plants hydroponically floating rafts, (3) know the best combination of nutritional formula composition and planting media on growth, chemical properties of water and uptake of P by lettuce plants hydroponically floating rafts. The research was conducted at the screen house of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of General Soedirman, in March to August 2019. The experimental design used is a Complete Group Randomized Design with 2 factors and 3 repeats. The first factor is the nutritional formula consisting of 5 levels of nitrogen, namely: AB Mix 8% N; nutritional formula 6% N; 7.5% N; 9% N and 10,5% N. The second factor is planting media: cocogrow; cocogrow + zeolite. Observation variables include: plant height, leaf count, leaf area, root volume, fresh header weight, fresh root weight, dry header weight, dry root weight, water temperature, water pH, DHL and TDS. The results showed that: (1) the composition of nutritional formulas with N content of 9% best affects the growth of leaf area, root volume, fresh header weight, fresh root weight, dry root weight and P uptake of plants; (2) the use of cocogrow + zeolite planting media gives the best influence on the growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root volume, fresh header weight, fresh root weight, dry header weight, dry root weight and P uptake of plants; (3) the combination of nutritional formula composition with N content of 9% and cocogrow + zeolite planting media provide the best growth in the height of the plant,, leaf count, leaf area, fresh header weight, dry header weight of lettuce plant. |
