Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Aren adalah tanaman perkebunan berpotensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam Poc NASA, Bio P60 dan Bio T10 terhadap morfologi pertumbuhan tanaman aren, mengetahui pengaruh macam cara aplikasi terhadap morfologi pertumbuhan tanaman aren, dan mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dari kombinasi cara aplikasi dan macam metabolit sekunder terhadap morfologi pertumbuhan tanaman aren. Perlakuan terdiri atas empat taraf yaitu P0= Poc NASA, P1= Poc NASA + Bio P60, P2= Poc NASA + Bio T10, dan P3= Poc NASA + Bio P60 + Bio T10. Faktor kedua yaitu macam cara aplikasi yang terdiri tiga taraf berupa N1= Disiram, N2= Disemprot, N3= Disiram + Disemprot. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, berat segar tajuk tanaman, berat segar tanaman, berat segar akar tanaman dan volume akar. Data penelitian diuji dengan uji F (ANOVA) pada taraf kesalahan 5% jika hasil menunjukan adanya pengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan Duncant’s multiple range test (DMRT) untuk membandingkan pengaruh antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1.) Perlakuan berbagai macam metabolit sekunder pada tanaman aren menunjukan pengaruh tidak nyata pada tinggi tanaman, berpengaruh sangat nyata pada variabel berat basah tajuk, berat basah tanaman aren, berat basah akar tanaman aren dan volume akar tanaman aren. 2.) Perlakuan macam cara aplikasi dapat berpengaruh sangat nyata pada variabel berat segar tajuk tanaman aren, berat segar tanaman aren, berat segar akar tanaman aren dan volume akar, 3.) Perlakuan interaksi antara macam metabolit sekunder dan macam cara aplikasi berpengaruh tidak nyata pada variabel tinggi tanaman dan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada variabel berat segar tanaman aren, berat segar tajuk tanaman aren, berat akar tanaman aren dan volume akar.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Sugar palm is a plantation crop with great potential to be developed. This study aims to determine the effect of Poc NASA, Bio P60 and Bio T10 on the morphology of sugar palm plant growth, determine the effect of various application methods on the growth morphology of sugar palm plants, and determine the interaction effect of a combination of application methods and types of secondary metabolites on the growth morphology of sugar palm plants. The treatment consisted of four levels, namely P0 = Poc NASA, P1 = Poc NASA + Bio P60, P2 = Poc NASA + Bio T10, and P3 = Poc NASA + Bio P60 + Bio T10. The second factor is the type of application method which consists of three levels, namely N1 = Watered, N2 = Sprayed, N3 = Watered + Sprayed. The variables observed included plant height, fresh weight of plant crown, fresh weight of plant, fresh weight of plant roots and root volume. The research data was tested with the F test (ANOVA) at an error level of 5%. If the results showed a significant effect, then continued with Duncant's multiple range test (DMRT) to compare the effects between treatments. The results showed that: 1.) The treatment of various secondary metabolites in sugar palm plants showed no significant effect on plant height, very significant effect on the variables of canopy wet weight, sugar palm wet weight, sugar palm root wet weight and sugar palm root volume. 2.) The treatment of various application methods can have a very significant effect on the fresh weight of sugar palm plant canopy, fresh weight of sugar palm plant, fresh weight of sugar palm roots and root volume, 3.) The interaction treatment between types of secondary metabolites and types of application methods has no significant effect on plant height variables. and had a very significant effect on the variables of fresh weight of sugar palm plants, fresh weight of palm tree crown, fresh weight of sugar palm roots and root volume.
