| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Konsumsi Rokok Mahasiswa (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiwa FEB UNSOED Jurusan IESP Angkatan Tahun 2017-2020)”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi rokok mahasiswa FEB UNSOED Jurusan IESP Angkatan Tahun 2017-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu mahasiwa FEB UNSOED Jurusan IESP Angkatan Tahun 2017-2020, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang disebarkan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel harga rokok merek lain dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi rokok mahasiswa FEB UNSOED Jurusan IESP Angkatan Tahun 2017-2020. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan harga rokok merek lain akan meningkatkan konsumsi rokok mahasiswa. Begitu pun peningkatan pendapatan akan meningkatkan konsumsi rokok mahasiswa. Variabel harga rokok memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi rokok mahasiswa. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan harga rokok mengurangi konsumsi rokok mahasiswa. Sedangkan pengaruh teman tidak memiliki pengaruh dalam konsumsi rokok mahasiswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu bagi pemerintah perlu menaikan cukai rokok tiap tahunnya untuk pengguna rokok supaya dapat mengurangi konsumsi rokok utama serta rokok merek lainnya. Dan pemerintah perlu memberikan edukasi untuk perokok supaya dapat mengalokasi pendapatan untuk kebutuhan pokok seperti makan, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled "Factors Affecting Student Cigarette Consumption (Case Study on FEB UNSOED Students, Class of IESP 2017-2020)". The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence cigarette consumption FEB UNSOED IESP Department student class of 2017-2020. This research uses purposive sampling method. The population of this study were FEB UNSOED students, IESP Department, Class of 2017-2020, and the sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. This study uses primary data distributed through a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study are the variable prices of other brands of cigarettes and have a positive and significant effect on cigarette consumption by FEB UNSOED students, IESP Department, Class of 2017-2020. This shows that an increase in the price of other brands of cigarettes will increase student cigarette consumption. Likewise, an increase in income will increase student cigarette consumption. The cigarette price variable has a negative and significant effect on student cigarette consumption. This shows that an increase in cigarette prices reduces student consumption of cigarettes. While the influence of friends has no effect on student cigarette consumption. The implication that can be concluded from this research is that the government needs to increase the cigarette excise tax every year for cigarette users in order to reduce the consumption of main cigarettes and other brands of cigarettes. And the government needs to provide education for smokers so that they can allocate income for basic needs such as food, education, and health. |
