| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung penerimaan, total biaya, keuntungan dan analisis efisiensi dilihat dari R/C Ratio usaha susu kambing peranakan etawa pada skala usaha kecil dan skala usaha besar di kecamatan Kaligesing, serta melihat adakah pengaruh hubungan antara analisis efisiensi dengan skala usaha besar dan skala usaha kecil dengan menggunakan uji t Independen Sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling (sengaja) yaitu wilayah yang memiliki usaha susu kambing peranakan etawa secara Komersial. Pengambilan data menggunakan Metode Survey yaitu melakukan wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner dan observasi lapangan secara langsung. Hasil survai terdahulu terdapat perusahaan susu yaitu cipta mandir, Wiranto Farm, Kaisa Farm dan Goat-Milk. Hasil penelitian penerimaan dari 2 skala usaha rata-rata yaitu pada skala usaha kecil sebesar Rp 63.525.000 /periode dan skala usaha besar sebesar Rp 193.950.000 / Periode. Total Biaya pada skala usaha kecil sebesar Rp 47.335.000 /periode dan skala usaha besar sebesar Rp 140.260.000 /periode. Keuntungan pada skala usaha kecil sebesar Rp 16.190.000 /periode dan skala usaha besar sebesar Rp 53.690.000 /periode. Hasil analisis R/C ratio usaha susu kambing peranakan etawa skala usaha kecil dan besar rata-rata yaitu sebesar 1,34 dan 1,38. Hasil analisis uji t atau beda menujukan tidak ada perbedaan keuntungan dan R/C ratio antara skala usaha kecil dan besar. |

Inggris) | This study aims to calculate revenue, total costs, profits and efficiency analysis seen from the R/C Ratio of the Etawa crossbreed goat milk business on a small scale and large scale business in Kaligesing sub-district, and to see whether there is an effect of the relationship between efficiency analysis and large scale business. small business scale by using the Independent Sample t test. The sampling method of respondents used a purposive sampling method (deliberately), namely the area that has a commercial Etawa crossbreed goat milk business. Collecting data using the Survey Method, namely conducting interviews with the help of questionnaires and direct field observations. The results of the previous survey found that there were dairy companies, namely Cipta Mandir, Wiranto Farm, Kaisa Farm and Goat-Milk. The results of the research on the acceptance of the 2 business scales on average, namely the small business scale of IDR 63,525,000 / period and the large business scale of IDR 193,950,000 / period. The total cost on a small scale business is IDR 47,335,000 / period and a large business scale of IDR 140,260,000 / period. The profit on a small scale business is IDR 16,190,000 / period and a large business scale of IDR 53,690,000 / period.
