| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil empat varietas bawang merah pada berbagai dosis pupuk P di lahan pasir pantai. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah RAKL (Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap) dengan 2 faktor yaitu varietas (V) dan pupuk fosfat (P) dan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat varietas bawang merah yang dicoba di lahan pasir pantai berbeda pada variabel yaitu jumlah umbi per rumpun, hasil umbi segar per hektar, dan hasil umbi kering simpan per hektar terkecuali pada bobot umbi kering simpan per rumpun, dan bobot umbi segar per rumpun. Varietas Biru menghasilkan umbi kering simpan per hektar tertinggi yaitu 9,080 ton/ha. Peningkatan dosis pupuk SP-36 tidak berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Bobot umbi segar per rumpun dan bobot umbi kering simpan per rumpun dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara varietas dan dosis pupuk P. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aims of this research is to know the growth and yield of red onion varieties at various P fertilizer doses in coastal sandy land. The design of this research was Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 2 factors varieties (V) and fertilizer phosphat (P) and 3 replications. The result showed that the four varieties tried were different on variables namely the number of tuber per clump, the yield of a fresh tuber per hectare, and the yield dry tuber per hectare except the weight storage dry tuber per clump, and the weight of fresh tuber per clump. Biru variety yield the highest dry tuber per hectare namely 9,080 ton/ha. The increase of SP-36 fertilizer dose did not influence on the growth and yield of red onion plant. The weight of fresh tuber per clump and weight storage dry tuber per clump were influence of onion and doses of P fertilizer. |
