| Judul Artikel | Tingkat Keberhasilan Grafting Durian (Durio zibethinus Murr.) pada Pemberian Air Kelapa dan Perbedaan Waktu Penyambungan |

| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi air kelapa terhadap keberhasilan grafting pada bibit durian, 2) mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan waktu penyambungan terhadap keberhasilan grafting pada bibit durian, dan 3) mendapatkan kombinasi perlakuan aplikasi air kelapa dan waktu penyambungan yang memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap keberhasilan grafting pada bibit durian. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan yaitu pada bulan Agustus sampai November 2021 di salah satu kebun milik petani Desa Alasmalang, Kecamatan Kemranjen, Kabupaten Banyumas dengan ketinggian tempat 75 mdpl dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan dua faktor yaitu aplikasi air kelapa dan perbedaan waktu penyambungan. Pemberian air kelapa terdiri atas tiga jenis, yaitu: K0 (tanpa aplikasi air kelapa), K1 (aplikasi air kelapa 25%), dan K2 (aplikasi air kelapa 50%). Waktu penyambungan terdiri atas tiga jenis, yaitu: W1 (pagi: 07.00-09.00), W2 (siang: 11.00-13.00), dan W3 (sore: 15.00-17.00). Variabel yang diamati yaitu persentase keberhasilan sambungan, pertambahan tinggi batang atas, pertambahan jumlah daun, pertambahan luas daun, kandungan klorofil, waktu pecah tunas, dan panjang tunas baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) perendaman batang atas dengan air kelapa dengan konsentrasi 0%, 25%, dan 50% tidak berpengaruh terhadap seluruh variabel pengamatan di seluruh waktu pengamatan, 2) perbedaan waktu sambung hanya berpengaruh terhadap variabel persentase keberhasilan sambung pada waktu pengamatan 84 HSS, waktu sambung yang terbaik yaitu pada sore hari (pukul 15.00-17.00), 3) tidak terdapat interaksi di antara kedua perlakuan sehingga tidak didapatkan kombinasi perlakuan yang memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap keberhasilan grafting pada bibit durian. |

Inggris) | The objectives of the research are to 1) determine the effect of application of coconut water on the success of grafting on durian seedlings, 2) determine the effect of differences in grafting time on the success of grafting on durian seedlings, and 3) obtain the combination of application of coconut water and grafting time that has the best effect on success of grafting on durian seedlings. The research was carried out for 4 months, from August to November 2021 at farmer’s garden in Alasmalang Village, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency with an altitude of 75 meters above sea level and the Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The study used factorial Completely Randomized Block Design with two factors, the application of coconut water and the difference in grafting time. There were three levels of coconut water: K0 (without coconut water application), K1 (25% coconut water application), and K2 (50% coconut water application). The connection time consists of three types: W1 (morning: 07.00-09.00), W2 (noon: 11.00-13.00), and W3 (afternoon: 15.00-17.00). The observation variables were: the percentage of successful connection, the increase of scion height, the increase of number of leaves, the increase of leaf area, the chlorophyll content, the break time of buds, and the length of new buds. The results showed that 1) soaking the scion with coconut water with concentration of 0%, 25%, and 50% had no effect on all observation variables at all ages of observation, 2) differences in grafting time had only significant effect on the percentage of success of grafting at the age of observation 84 DAG (days after grafting), the best grafting time was in the afternoon (15.00-17.00), 3) there was no interaction between the two treatments so there was no combination of treatments that gave the best effect on the success of grafting on durian seedlings. |
